Bit starnge that the company is reducing its RCF which probably attracts 5% interest and then takes a £60K loan from one of its directors and pays him 10% interest, surely its cheaper and more cost effective to carry on with the RCF ? They they have the affront to claim they're reducing costs ?

Once you see past the smoke and mirrors you do get a sense of what this company is about and who gets to make some real money, certainly not the shareholders..........

Geoff's made a point of listing the last four years revenues which was nice of him which clearly shows nice increases post COVID, if only he'd quoted pre COVID revenues you'd see that revenues are still 7% down from that period.

Still absolutely no reason to invest here, you would have been better investing in blue chips like Rolls Royce which is up 2000% now from COVID levels, you don't always need a Microcompany to make huge capital gains.....

Increased dividend and also the buybacks continue, when the panic sellers have gone it will settle down again

UK equities are very undervalued and as other forms of investment such as land and property are looking less appealing due to changes in the law and increasing taxes then people are looking at other forms of investment.

Unless there's some piece of disasterous news on the horizon I can't see a reason to sell unless you want to take some profit and invest elsewhere? The quarterly divi and buybacks are a good incentive to stay invested here but you takes your chances...
