Those with short memories better go and check out how much the company had in the bank before the last fundraiser In August, they don't have the capital for large scale projects, spare cash is going into the pockets of the largest shareholders, you can see on the last RNS who benefits, but I 'll let you take a look for yourselves.

At some point when the Russo-Ukraine war is over there will be a hell of a lot of rebuilding to do in the Ukraine at Russia's expense, definetely one to watch going forward............

Davey, there is no reason for the rise, its a pump and dump, it s a group of leeches preying on someoes else's ignorance of this company. All the shares bought today will probably be sold tomorrow as they were the last time I highligted it but lets wait and see?

You're nearly right, I believe its Lance O'Neil and his family trust in Guersney, they were caught out a few years ago as they hadn't covered their tracks properly and upon investigation it was found that Lance had an e-mail address with CCCAL, the very people benefitting from the loan notes. You constantly have to keep repeating this on the boards for the first time investors but they keep getting sucked in with the belief that this company is somehow undervalued and is due a major re-rate when in fact its gong in the opposite direction. I recall one of the now paid up loan notes was attracting interest at 15% which comes off the bottom line in financial costs, you don't have to be Sherlock to figure out where the cash is going! They are just enriching themselves instead of increasing shareholder value which is one of their stated aims !

Banks need to be objective and stop this woke nonsense, they are there to serve their customers not bow down to some left wing agenda, they are paying far too much lip service to this ESG crowd who appear to be setting the rules and the FCA are asleep at the wheel, its slowly creeping in everywhere now

Been saying this for years now, they have little to no capital to reinvest to make this a meaningful investment, there will be no BOOM, just a delayed bust. Yes another fundraiser, nothing for the shareholders in general though, done on the sly to CCCAL in the main, go do your homework and see who's on the board here, join the dots, smell the bacon ! All roads lead to Rome. A nice 10% interest payment to the BOD on CCCAL, surely you could get cheaper funding on the open market, why take this route? Maybe someone on an offshore Island called Guersney could answer that question?

Plus Howard Davies facilitated it by backing Rose, not sure why he's still there other than the government haven't pressed him to resign (Yet). Ths shorts have nothing to do with this, Natwest management brought it on themselves and need to answer for their actions.
