RE: RNS OUT2 Mar 2023 13:02
O dear no Boom's this year and probably never...spread at 23% so good luck selling, the MM's have you by the balls again and don't say you weren't warned!
I see you forgot to mention the cash position Deeogi which decreased by 63% to £45,000 which is all they have in the bank, divide that by the number of shares in issue and you have a grand sum of £0.0000322 per share, so that's £32 for every million shares you own in laymans terms, that's a more realistc vlauation of the company at present. Now you know why the CEO doesn't buy shares and his holding is only 0.48% of the company, his actual investment is worth £213.86 using my more realastic valuation.
Stripping out the goodwill on the balance sheet totalling £2.7M (which requires revision ) and your basically left with a few quid, where's future capex coming from other than further loans, how are they funding acquisitions and further expansion, they have no money? The real value here is the listing on AIM.
Revenue was up a massive 26% they say, but costs increased by 39% ! Thought they had costs under tight control?
At least they made a profit of £12,000 so Geoff will get a bonus out of this no doubt and hey presto its gone.
Shareholder loans have been extended which means more interest payments to the loan holders meaning more of your money is being banked abroad by certain family members and the gravy train rolls on and on and on..................
