If someone invested in this company's future at any point in the last 15 years I assure you they would be very disappointed in the returns. Its been a death spiral all the way down to the fingers tips on a cliff edge moment. They've survived on dilution and loans but there's no hiding now for the management.

I noticed someone spent £6K on shares yesterday, maybe they didn't notice that MDZ only had £16K in the bank account at the last set of results with well over a billion shares in issue, do the maths.................

Once the profit takers have departed new investors will roll in at the right price

All that great news in the RNS and the SP is back where it started, I said the market wasn't impressed at the time, it was just a light sprinkling of fluff and nothing more to keep the despondent investors here interested.

Happydays has probably got ten pounds worth of shares invested here that cost him £20 to buy, that seems to be the order of the day with MDZ investors. The main man Geoff has an insignificant holding and when he doesn't invest no one else should either.

I see the chancers started bailing out today, spread out at 25% again, the MM's must be rubbing their hands with glee at all this easy money

Taverham, lets not kid ourselves, the only reason MDZ are still here is the incredible amount of dilution over the years. That source of revenue looks to have ended for now but who knows, there's not much left to dilute now?

They'll also gain some very inept management, a win win all round eh ?

Now we're told they're on the acquisition trail, I honestly thought this bit was a joke ? Tell me where they're going to get the cash to do it ??? How could they possibly fund an acquisition with no money ? They either go to the shareholders once more or borrow some more money at an extortionate rate (as they already have done).

Just making it up as he goes along in the vain hope that something will happen which is pretty much the same tripe that has been posted all year long, having no cash in the bank and then being able to fund large fictitious projects lol ? Decking out new Pets at home stores with TV's is not a large project for the record !

Remember any spare cash has already been taken out of the company via the interest on the loan notes which much be weighing heavy on the cash flow plus the large salaries of the BOD who consistently get paid for failure!

I hear there's a run on baby oil, best get in now ?
