Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Strange how the company never has enough capital to continue on with their current projects but has plenty of cash to pay inflated interest rates on loans to major shareholders (and others) !
Further dilution for the small shareholders to stomach on top of the countless fundraisers that have come and gone before although I'm sure there's some on here that would not understand what that actually means !
1.7 billion shares now in issue which is getting beyond a joke, shareholder value was non existent before, who know where it is now?
No value whatsover here, never has been, never will be
Please don't try and defend this company without a valid argument...........
Always nice to see a purchase....
Not sure why the SP is this low as there's value there......
Sounds like another Lululemon shop to me but what do I know?
It will be sometime before you see any benefits coming through regards this announcement if at all, I've seen this repeated over and over through the years, they come and go............
With regards to the RNS, there's absolutely no detail as to what this will bring to the table, why should anyone invest based on that amount of limied information. This could just a charity shop on the Champs-Elsees for all we know?
No matter what you think of Nigel Farage, the management of the bank has been brought into disrepute. GDPR guidelines were broken and Alison Rose was allowed to resign with the promise of a bumper pay off (which thankfully she's no longer getting). She should have been sacked on the spot although directors tend to live in a sphere of their own making and walk away from these things into other directorships. It was all stuff and nonsense from the beginning and politically motivated, the banks are there to look after our money and nothing else. The current management of the bank still have a case to answer in allowing her to walk away with the promise of a fat cheque in her hand, this just shows poor judgement of behalf of the BOD, they are not acting in the best interests of the bank or their major sharedolder the tax payers of the UK. It may have been Mr Marmites turn this time round but who else, whether rightly or wrongly, is getting exclduded from the bank ing world for political reasons? Nigel is right to sue, we may get to hear more now as we go on....
She sould have been dismissed for gross misconduct, who else would get £11 miliion quid for disclosing personal information about one of her customers? This nonsense about not having enough money in the account is a joke.
Its sad that you regards my views as negative as I've called this correctly for years now, if I'd taken a short out at 50p I'd be quids in now, the SP has declined by 99.916% in the last 18 years since its high, the same management team over all that time have achieved literally nothing other than line their own pockets. The fact that they only had £10,000 in the bank speaks volumes, where's the capital coming from for major projects to project the SP forward? They've no money for anything large scale, they're just fitting out shops with some of the lastest interactive TV's etc. Trust me, this company has more red flags than China and they ain't going to change anytime soon.
The SP opened at 0.042 this morning and its closed on 0.042 so nothing has changed other than the spread increasing to 25% when the MM's realised the scammers were in town and there was some money to be made. Not sure why LSE are posting a 5.88% increase here when there's no movement from opening to close?
Its a scam, you can see it from the trading patterns, there are people in rooms that actually do this sort of thing in packs, I've seen them, once enough buyers have jumped in they've sold for profit and headed for the hills. As there was no one taking the bait this morning they've sold up and moved on. Why would the SP increase this morning on no news? This is a very illiquid share as I've posted before. You probably didn't notice but the spread doubled to 25% straight away, kerching to the MM's
