You have to put some context around major shareholding as the company valuation is micro
His total investment to date is £113K for a 7.1% stake in the company which to be honest is trival, you couldn't even buy a house for that in all honesty
I'm guessing he's expecting large returns at some point in the future and holding millions of shares would achieve this as it does, but its nothing more than a punt as any serious investor would runa mile.
He's not the first to go down this road with MDZ, we've had a few others try this such as Paul Greenlaugh who sold his investment at a loss I believe after years on underachieving. Nothing has changed, its the same old management, same old story, same old SP, they should have gone private 15 years ago when the share price tanked, the company is no better shape now than it was then?
