Kroger have come out and said they want to fast track their online operations which means Ocado need to invest further, its a no brainer ?

SP Currently down 15% to 0.026p, the spread is 40%, very little in the way of cash, balance sheet is dire

On a positive note there's always a delayed project in the pipeline which will be a complete game changer (some would say)

I haven't traded M&S shares for 13 years which was when I saw the reality or the demise of the high street, I got £5.98 per share back then so its come down a long way !

I'd hazard a guess they're now looking for further funding as the bounce back loan won't last forever and staff will be returning to work from furlough on full pay now plus there's the start up costs, they literally where nearly out of money and facing the cliff edge !

I notice they didn't mention receiving a grant which is what I expected, so no free money from the UK tax payers

With the accounts being scrutinised for a second time I'd say maybe a business interruption loan might have been applied for rather than the bounce back loan which expires after 12 months and interest is then added. Either way they are still not invest able and the directors are in it for themselves, there's no long term value to be had here

The virus hasn't gone away its merely been suppressed for now, until there's a vaccine available globally this isn't going away just yet. As I've said before companies have to acknowledge risk and put in control measures to counter this, Ocado tech is the perfect antidote to having to go out for food, why risk your life when the food can come to you, this is the long term solution and we could be in this for the long term....................

The disclosed shorts are actually down 73% from their high two years ago which speaks volumes plus we now have some holdings RNS coming through so the longs have increased whilst the shorts are receding gradually. The tie up with Ocado will be a game changer here in the coming years

I was driving past Tesco Saturday and the queue of shoppers stood outside in the rain was unbelievable, the sooner M&S get online the better. I notice Ocado are still only giving access to priority shoppers although it may vary to area but the demand is still there. Bodes well for the launch here which can't come soon enough now

Did you check their cash position as they are skint !

Comment from Rockar "store footfall has reduced 31% week on week instore" which is what I predicted sometime ago, most sales are increasingly online so why have a showroom ?
