Tatton_Brown comment regards an international deal at the end of 2015:- "What we don’t want is if it hasn’t been signed by the end of 2016". So the target was missed last year and nothing since, in fact there's been very little news so we've gone from one extreme to the other. The more shares that need to be bought back (if a new deal or deals land) the higher the MM's will raise the SP, the higher the SP goes the more the bears will become spooked.
