The entirety of this mess is the fact that Wood Group have been unable to produce audited accounts for 24 and revised for 22 and 23.

Made so far unsubstantiated statements but produced no audited accounts.

This 6month rule for premium LSE listings is to protect shareholders.

They could apply for a waiver but I believe the only justification would be unconditional offer from a bidder?

It’s automatic if they don’t publish 24 accounts by EOP 30th April 25

The Sidara offer is OUR BEST OPTION as shareholders as it stands

Don’t think drop to 17p was anything to do with market confidence but everything to do with Institutional selling.

That looks like it’s finished now.

They have to report previous day so it looks like 91 have finished especially as a large chunk of they have left is already lent to shorts?

Let’s see the declarations on Monday but it looks like the institutional selling has dried up?
