Silvana yes it looks like a nice little niche company working on unique property developments in an upmarket area and should do very as the market improves. I like the holding of the Boss and his previous track record of exit strategies. I think invest and forget for a while here especially if the dividend kicks in, property is a bit of a hobby of mine and hard work but here is an opportunity to get in and let it roll with not a lot of grief I will certainly be in at some point thanks for you input.
