Breton has to be a good bet, low share price , situated in a good area of the country for developing 'Brownfield sites' agree all positive.
Funding should be looking quite healthy at close on £2.5million less expenses and costs since last RNS.
Cash available for Borough Green and Ticehurst cottages developments and also Wellesley road Sheerness which was out to contracting and should be close to being started for a future income of circa another £1.9million for the three projects.
The plan for four house replacement at Burnside seems to be stuck at the planning / appeal and I would rather see us push on with the existing permission than waste more time and expenses on changing the permission that exists for 6 apartments.....
As for George Street Staplehurst , The Maidstone council seem more interested in providing homes for the Great Crested newt than the poor homeless folk of Kent lol....., not the end of the world, just more time and expense to be wasted to satisfy the wimms of faceless council jobsworths.........Iceni hhhmm.... they have some large clients and we might not be a big enough fish to get proper attention..... time will tell.
