It looks like our Oakhurst Park Gardens development is now sold out as it is no longer mentioned on the website, only Ticehurst and Borough Green are being marketed which looks to be where our next income of circa £1.5m will be coming from in Q3-4 2015 Possible RNS trading update on 1st April if we are to follow last year's footsteps. It would be interesting to know exactly the position regarding planning status and appeals and Wellesley Road Sheerness status. This company is certainly not very shareholder / investor savvy but one would hope that the mill is grinding away during the silence lol. I just wish I lived slightly closer to Kent, could do the occasional site visit to see the progress.

Hi Tobias what plot? Like you say very quiet have been nosing into the planning applications but we will probably need to wait for the company to RNS any thing new. Bought a few more today while SP is low with a lot of potential and the rest of the proceeds from Oakhurst being processed in the second half year. News soon ?

Nice Smidsy its a time thing not unlike Mags, we need to wait for the oil price to spike up again some say with the cuts in production being taken that it will spike back to $200 per barrel and EDG have another 100bopd shut in at the moment, no use pulling it out if we don't need it to cover costs. I like the fact that we can increase water treatment / disposal for another party to increase existing cash flow at virtually no cost at least that is another avenue while we wait. Staying invested lol
