The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Dont think we will see any update regards Ryder Scott report untill Cnook deal is signed off.
Why would Art confirm our massive find whilst negotiating that deal!
Would imagine re financing is pretty much sorted, you cannot get a bridging loan of this size without first offering concrete assurances of how you intend to settle it. This one's coming to the boil.
The original Cuda bid when made would not have been accepted without proof of ability to finance it, so the bridging loan would have been agreed weeks ago, probably with the condition that any extra funds would have to be raised with a share issue, so Art's hand might well have been tied on that one!
No lender would offer a 20m bridging loan to a company, like COPL that is making no profit. Without having concrete assurances of how the repayment would be made/gauranteed. I think it's safe to assume that some sort of refinancing package has already been agreed/put in place prior to the signing of the bridging loan.
After the FINANCE issue confirmed,
PIPE-LINE completed, production SCALED-UP and confirmation of OUR massive OIL DISCOVERY, the SP will hopefully finally catapult well past £1.
So Art after putting Cuda in the dock for non payment has risked our massive potential reserves by doing the same, defaulting on a loan repayment., really?
Doesn't make any sense, I think Art is in full controll of this situation. Blue skies ahead.
Proactive today.
Arthur Millholland talks to Proactive London about their announcement of a light oil discovery in Wyoming.
He says he "nearly fell of his chair" with the discovery, comprising 1.5bn to 1.9bn barrels of oil in place, was identified spanning Converse and Natrona Counties, Wyoming – with the majority of the estimated 1.275bn to 1.64bn barrels present across the company’s leasehold in Converse and Natrona Counties, Wyoming.
Still massively down on re-list price, something really strange going on here. By far my biggest investment, surely this has to keep on rising this week.
Tradeflow, true or false?
A. Tradeflow are a very profitable progressive company and after much due diligence and much research into the exact state of play @ SYME have decided to join together with AZ in order to excellerate both companies going forward.
B. The guys at Tradeflow, realising that the company will not make any further headway or provit and with AZ in a similar position, have come up with a plan whereby they sell T.F. for 5 million quid and do a runner, probably straight to prison.
Believe in syme beleave in Tradeflow.
So if AZ has completed Questions & Answers and that will be aired after the company are relisted that would indicate to me that we will be live very shortly.
Who in the world would answer qustions weeks before they where to go public?
I holding shares in over 25 companies and look on this as a gamble. The only other was Amigo, sold at a loss.
A.Z. Why would he want this back live before he has anything concrete to say?
Why would he be concerned over making you a massive provit?
This a punt, hopefully a good one but don't kid yourself that this is going to he moon. If that was the case there are many very clever investors out
who would have been all over it!
So I want to know if Alessandro Zamboni is the same guy who tried to rob the bank in "The Heist"
I have £15k in this share with a stop sell at 35p. In total I have shares in 30 companies and along with Amgo these are the only two high risk shares I hold.
As the man said, don't gamble with what you need
Fingers crossed he gets the gold out this time.
So if a petition was put out trying to get Boohoo closed down, every fashion retailer in the UK would be desperate to sign it. And at the front of the que, that Guardian cretin.
Until results update in January HOLD. After that you make your choices.
So whats not to like?
Committed to UK/Leicester manufacturing.
Committed to raising employment conditions.
Set to be a considerable UK exporter.
Massive year on year sales profits on way.
Bad publicity either delt with or in hand.
Auditor to be announced in due course, gauranteed.
Cant think of any reason why this share will not
jump past £4 in January on its way to £6 in 2021.
This is setup to close at under 57P. The idea is to make the offer uninviting so that the the new share issue goes to the underwriter.
As I see it this is great news. Someone who is prepared to invest 100B with the obvious intention of driving the sp up and making provit.
Cant see any dilution here.
