Happy Place and averaging down22 Dec 2021 21:00
I think we all know you should avoid these boards, if your easily offended, but what a strange & boring world it would be if we were all the same ?
We have Dan & Mikey, who are probably good mates, but just love to wind each other up, Compound thinks vod is going to make us a small fortune next year, mole-man likes to give us a reality check on that, fleccy thinks vodafone & bt are the best investments for the future, Dan & myself call each other Pathetic idiots, pfen thinks vodafone is a dead loss, gary threatens us with his missus, if we don't behave
and lots of other personality's on here, but I hope none of us hold any grudges and are still friends in 2022, because this would be a very boring place if we all agreed with each other, I think we found that out a few days ago, when nobody posted on here ?
Re; averaging down ,Mole-mans quote
I wouldn't average down in a stock for averaging downs sake. It's like revenge trading. If you have any cash, put it to the best stock you can find at the time. Maybe even sell the loss position if you have lost faith and move the cash to the other stocks you feel will do better from here forward
I do agree with mole , think it's better to put your money into stocks that are working well for you, rather than trying to camouflage your losses on any under performers , what do the rest of you think ?
