Hi all , thought the share price would have risen a lot more by now, and starting to have mixed feelings about this one
with 10% inflation rising interest rates and the house prices seem to have maxed out, maybe a house price correction and recession to come, ok the dividend is good but two down days and that could be wiped out
of course i could be completely wrong about all of this
Can i have your thoughts on this please guys

Well i expect a lot will sell out just before exdiv and take the higher share price, as the drop after exdiv is usually more than the div

Well everyone's circumstances are different, but for me I'm pooling all my dividends together, and will top up either here or dlg, when i can get the right price so to lower my average, at least then you know your improving on your current shares, rather put into a new share, then find its dropped down into the red straight after

I'm not so sure guys, this was over £30 last June, and not showing any real signs of rising, will see how this is going before exdiv, may be a good time to pull the plug if no improvement and come back another day, sorry if I'm sounding like a doomster, but difficult times to come, but of course nobody knows, and of course i would be happy to see this start rising

Hi guys, I have several high dividend shares, as i think it will be good to have regular dividends coming in , should we go into recession, some will cut their dividend under those circumstances, but i would put my bets on this one to be the most likely to pay out in full, as they did through the Pandemic, just my thoughts on this share
