Bonkers the thing is Harry is bonkers anyone else would have chosen their family first and/or chosen Saudi over Ethiopia initailly or pivoted that way at some stage with all the past problems in Ethiopia.

That does mean though that the consortium trusts him to get it done and are backing him fully with TK. His stubbornness and love affair with Ethiopia means he will just keep going till TK is over the line.

Going to get done because everyone is pushing to get this done even pressing the company and harry to go faster. Personally going to use this time to top up if I can find some pennies. Next news to drop could be the confirmation from the bank of new capex which should settle some nerves.

Sometime you got to ignore the delivery of a message (and the noise) and concentrate and the message instead.

1.How independent directors are (remuneration)? they are independent.

2.CEO transition lack of board representation? succession after TK production start stability needed for investment as we move to production company will be overhauled.

3.Jusify renumeration?….Harry humbled. Apologize for explanation… essence pivoting to good times so board offered recognition of previous twelve years. Not excessive for what we do. Billion dollars of opex…

4.Do you plan to list parent or?.. only Ethiopian holding company not the parent company maybe next year..

5.Legal case? Nobody feared that claim but we had to deal with it kefi came though the fire of that and other things.

6.Missing data in presentations? Investor returns up until now people needed to see things coming together but we will change this now we are nearer the full launch.

7.Two banks full commitment before Ethio bonds? They need to see whole package is financed before agreeing.

8.Final steps TK drawdown? info in presentation.. everyone sign off august drawdown September.

9.Divends? Agree with the philosophy but post TK launch..would like to give them out as a thank you after TK built.

10.Rainy season? None event really for scheduling

11.Epc moblising ..Gan chart.. summary presentation. Contracts signed first but they are getting ready.

12.Certificatoins? Has to be independent no one trying to be slow.

13.Hold up second bank? Board approval both banks but second bank waited for AFC approval no problem being done.

15.Peter one percent.. Ethio prefs commitments? Ethio not firm yet soft but 15 institutions and high net worth individuals interested..diversify out of the beirr well received. Ethiopian institutions behind it could be between 15 to 30 million dollars.

16.Future of funding business? Dilemma kefi has survived …project ready to rock the rest will look after itself..as soon as people see some announcements' real game is to get on with it answer will be in the results.

17.Ashley Warden istitoinal investors adding value? They are ready to hold company to account but they are looking long term. Inflection point investing. shareholders have been fantastic to carry things through…

Start Harry Thanks for peoples attendance in London. Webinar Timed to be between annual report and AGM meeting.

Presentation this morning will Skip through presentation. 5000 shareholders, nuances of what is going on behind the scenes.. year ago started to pivot to execution..this is happening sort of feeling.

Slide 3 Harry admits to being "aspirational rather than factual” sometimes but now getting into signed contracts stage contractual. After parliaments approval (was promised Christmas but came through in may now into contract closing all planning closing. Plant Doc into July now most everything else docs done down everyone pushing.

Slide 4 shareholder frustration billon dollars of contracts once people sign they are on the hook. Activities things being prepared for launch.

Slide 5 shareholders moaning about 5 million dollars only one and a half percent of budget. Project being realised at project level.

Slide 6 closing process Harry talke to everyone to make sure nothing is being missed everyone is pushing so hard tension when in the home stretch its happening just have to close and that what we are doing. First class structure. There is excitement.. community just wants it done politics driven to get this done politicians pushing to get this done.

Slide 7 New holding company so we can list down there for local investors to invest. Local stakeholders including government. Saudi flexibility.

Slide 9 Saudi pipeline.. some choices emerging need to work them out partner does not understand kefi selling out when they could fund from JQ he is bemused.

Stebo the main problem would be scaling up with a much bigger exploration team in both countries at the same time though in the presentation the exploration arms are set out differently than usual.

Think kefi will have to sell of some of the interest in Saudi or JV as has a huge exploration portfolio there plus Hawiah and its extensions will be a huge operation.

Favour holding onto JQ as gold price likely to trade a lot higher in the future while copper might climb mildly or move sideways price wise due to economic conditions.

Wrote most of them up at the time bonkers but not going to bore everyone by going over them again when we are having the next one today.

Bonkers harry does sometimes let things slip accidently in webinars but i will let you view all the previous webinars to spot them..enjoy.

Usually the investor meet webinars are split pretty evenly time wise between the questions and the read through. Plus often Harry sometimes give hints away often inadvertently. On the other hand its laid out pretty plainly what should happen with TK and with Saudi they may get some renewed interest post TK full launch.

JQ could be funded for less than kefi likely to get back in refunds from TK and then you have Sidf loans or possible JV looks like projects would be done in two stages to keep cost down in Saudi with JQ first second stage could be covered by TK revenue easily. Could do royalty or streaming deal to fund JQ first stage.

Yeah spread ridiculous as are the tiny buys and sells that add volatility to the price.

Think people want some idea of what could happen with Saudi and post TK sign off Stringer.

Bonkers could sell Saudi for more than present kefi Market cap and that would be a fire sale price in my view. Post TK launch will have a stronger hand to get a deal over Saudi prospects or JV them or partially sell.

As for why not hold up TK production and expand the resource first kefi already answered that they will expand the resource in the future it being open but hardily going to hold off TK launch or production to do so. Guess Buk forgot that as well.

The main thing is "Lastly , the plan this year has been to have documentation ready by end June for launch to trigger upon certifications being completed as soon as possible from that date. That is what is happening and we will obviously announce when that occurs."
