(Harry) pinching myself (again) things going fast in both countries…JQ finally worked through system and kefi asked to go as fast as possible into development..already have field teams over the project, today just confirmation.

What does it mean… our projects in KSA and Ethiopia are both moving fast..fantastic turnaround for the company that was stuck in the mud last year.

(KP) talking about the joint venture gold and minerals here..,this is formal notification from the mining ministry…crucail to have good relations with them?

(harry) It is..modern economy… problem with JQ solved by rule of law prevailing and with the government support..already have financiers working with us in KSA for the development of JQ (shows the speed and the confidence kefi has over JQ).

Important for investors to understand especially English based investors Saudis in the KSA do not discount the KSA as a foreign jurisdiction the give it a premium. They are excited about the mining sector in their country and its taking off and we are at the forfront of it with largest exploration team in the country we are being applauded for our efforts and hopefully now the rewards will start to flow (Harry making a bit of a pig ears of explaining it but Saudi perspective is a lot different to a kefi shareholder and it’s the Saudis that will and are providing the licence areas and the money).

(KP) DFS adjusted to cover 500K ounces of gold?

(Harry) resources there not far of 800k as they stand and it will get bigger but…Originally plans were built around 12k gold price now at least 500k ounces recovered from deposit.

(KP) Ethiopa what's happening now?

(Harry) Regularity wise very much supported now…we have had are issue but its only because people have been trying to push us harder and faster..but kefi has to be very careful after security issues last year…but no longer an issue…so everyone is quite happy banks all over us everyone is working very hard…to get ready for launch in dry season..we are advancing very quickly in Ethiopia.

Great news poor timing company being given those areas as the Saudis have confidence that they will be explored and developed along with JQ and Hawiah.

Hopefully the webinar this month will properly lay out what kefi has in the KSA.

Got a review with the mining ministry around the end of the month and had a load of meetings recently. Security has been reviewed and upgraded so its not a case of the company sitting on its hands.

Would expect some kind of news to drop next month might depend on when they brief the mining minister or the ministry but would expect something within the first couple of weeks.

Saudi Arabia attracted more than $8 billion in foreign direct capital in its mining industry in 2021 following the passing of a law to encourage investment in this sector as part of the Gulf kingdom’s economic diversification drive, the Saudi Industry and Mineral Resources Minister said.

Khalid Al-Mudaifer told the South African ‘Mining Weekly’ magazine that the new law has spurred negotiations with many domestic and foreign firms seeking to tap the country’s massive mining resources, estimated at 5 trillion Saudi riyals ($1.33 trillion).

He said the law included nearly “40 initiatives” designed to improve the investment climate in the Kingdom’s mining sector and simplify exploration licenses.

“The new law provides a healthy and clear organisational environment and a transparent process of license issuing in this industry,” the Minister said.

“We have made great progress in creating one of the best mining investment climates in the world…this allowed us to achieve a 27 percent growth in the mining revenue in 2021…total investments and revenues exceeded $8 billion during that year.”

Mudaifer said a survey of several foreign firms conducted by the Ministry recently showed that nearly 80 percent of them are “considering investing in the Kingdom’s mining sector, which proves the minerals strategy is working.”

Bit unpredictable when we will get it but doubt the company would say soon if they expected it as late of September or set up a base at Bisha my guess would be next month sometime but would not moan if it just popped up like the Hawiah licence before that.

The crucial time is within the month or two at most might even be less Ziquarat. Looking for increased certainty around TK launch and the awarding of JQ licenses get both or one of those and the disparity will shrink highlighted in the Q.A will drastically shrink.

Kefi simply seriously undervalued compared to the resources it has discovered. The disparity is so wide a lot has to be down to poor marketing PR and perception of the company.

If the company was a tenth as good in these areas as finding resources the share price would already be a big multiple of what it is now. Talking billions of dollars of resources waiting to be dug up and a miniscule market cap its just crazy.
