Been following things of course. My take is that is a good sign that both sides are talking already and do not want the resumption of fighting to drag on indefinitely, that the whisper is that it’s the militarily and ex military men doing most of the negotiating, and that it is the negotiation is for a ceasefire rather than a general settlement of all issues. It is also a good sign that the rebels have put forward a public proposal for a ceasefire first and early which suggests they think their military gains have reached or will shortly reach a high-water mark imo.

Security is continually being assessed and tweaked. More fronts that open up in the north more rebels will be stretched. So far looks like after initial rebel gains their gains are being balanced out by government ones.

Well just using the Artar name for effectively joint licence application and multiple areas are a nice problem to have but agree but got to look at ways to keep percentage up pre JQ production.

Well much higher chance of a future listing now as Jibal Qutman could be got up and running the same time or before TK plus the awarding of multiple exploration licenses means company will be looking at ways at expanding more rapidly. A recent mining IPO in Saudi was massively over subscribed so plenty of potential to attract Saudi money.
