Afraid I'm pretty layman but just going over the 28 Feb 2022 RNS. The Nasdaq did suspend initially did it not? It couldn't mean a takeover as IPF are limited to how many shares they can buy -theres an example in the RNS. But it seems to just mean that IPF can subscribe for however many shares you could get for £1mill at the average Nas price over the past 30 days.
Seems a very strict agreement that you can draw on the 10mill but must maintain 60% of that balance at all times? I'm not in the know so is this actually a normal funding arrangement of this type or just IPF's rules.
Would like to read more on it tbh, Sax where did you get the info on the 6mill requirement? Farn must have been in breach of that for a while if cash is currently at £4.3m. The RNS said breach of several undertakings, anywhere you can ready the full agreement ?!
Did IPF subscribe for any shares in relation to their agreement.
"The subscription price per share on the basis of these Warrants will equal the 30-day volume-weighted average price of an ordinary share of Faron on the Nasdaq Helsinki First North exchange immediately preceding the drawdown date of the respective tranche. The number of shares to be subscribed for under the Warrants will be calculated by dividing 10.0% of each tranche amount by the strike price defined above, subject to standard adjustments."
This couldn't be something as callous as what I'm thinking...if this part of the agreement is utilised in the coming weeks that would surely be a massive wtf
Why bother to mention 3 years ago. That period was disastrous for farn getting misrepresented and shafted by the WHO covid stuff. Might aswell forget that and look at this as if a couple years just had the pause button hit.
The trials are working through the phases and the researchers are continuing to do good methodical science, what else can be done...
Anyone have any better knowledge of what's happening in Mali/Senegal than what can be scraped from Google?
Apologies, misspelt Markku !
I love this company, Marku and others involved. Good people, I think, trying to do good science and medicine. One of those times you're involved in a company in a completely useless way (as a private investor) but really hope this treatment is a success and can get it out to those who need it.
During due diligence, the acquiring company may request access to confidential information, such as financial statements and customer data. A one-way NDA protects the target company's personal information during this process.
What's the relevance of it being wholly owned. Sure it is a good thing but is it unusual for new drugs at this stage to be be held solely by the original developers/researchers?
I agree. I never had a massive holding of polymetal, and decided to just continue holding my shares in HL ISA. It's a learning curve...and I'm curious to see how this all plays out. Didn't old Mr Buffet say that you should be holding shares where if the market closed tomorrow and didn't open for 5 or 10 years you would be comfortable with that. Not exactly the same situation but could approach it with a similar sentiment.
How can faron react so strongly to this yet sng for example is only down 2..?!
I got it..
Long time stalker of this chat. Have been involved in faron since I started buying stocks about year and half ago, have decent understanding of their potential...but what is happening today??
