Hold tight
Nice problem to have, my exit price was £4.00, what to do?
This is, I thought it was good at 3.20p this morning. Someone knows something
Don't let greed decide your share strategy. I have in the past. Better to consolidate some gains, especially as share prices can go up and down. IMO
We are still down loads
And we will all be feeling better. Wishing everyone would take a unity pill until this life changing event is behind us. Think about what you are writing before posting would be my advice.
Great update, thanks Sophie just what we need on a damp Thursday Nice one!
NTSB is recommending (among other things) NHTSA require that all new vehicles equipped with Level 2 automated driving systems also include driver monitoring systems.

EE Times speaks to Colin B. Effectively he says there has been a sea change from major OEMs around DMS since CES.
COLIN BARNDEN: Yes. Really, the future that I see is driver monitoring systems in absolutely every vehicle. Because really what we need is… That’s essentially where technology can really help humans, is around distraction and fatigue. And there’s starting to be some handover between the automated driving features and the human driver. Call that Level Two Plus, Level Three Minus, whatever. That essentially is where driver monitoring is absolutely critical. And that’s really what we’re seeing with Super Cruise and the recently launched system in the Cadillac Escalade, which is a seeing-machine system. And that’s using infrared vision to track the head position, the eye gaze of the driver, and looking for evidence of fatigue in terms of the blink duration of the driver. And really you can use both systems in highway assist Level Two Plus, or you can use it down into Level Two systems as well, to keep the driver engaged in the driving task and for the system to know at all times what the driver’s engagement level and awareness is.
I thought Guardian was built in Malaysia, might impact on The Xilinx chip production though?
Nice interview, shame he missed to chance to say 9 wins 6 OEMs already won.
Mazda 3 was a runner up with DMS tech as well. Market is building, just need out OEM to get in gear!
Part of the wider I-ACTIVSENSE array of safety technology, uses infrared camera and LED technology to monitor the driver’s eye width, blink rate, and facial expressions to determine levels of drowsiness and fatigue. Also monitors the driver’s line of sight and eye movements to assess whether they are paying attention to the road. Driver Monitoring sounds a warning alert if the situation becomes dangerous and will activate automated features such as braking to address the problem.
Avery says, “We believe DMS is the next big thing in safety technology. That Mazda is making this emerging technology available on an affordable vehicle is commendable.”
On Twitter today
27% of fatalities on UK roads are the result of drivers being distracted. Happily, @Subaruuk's 'Driver Focus' Driver Monitoring System, winner of the 2020 @WhatCar Technology Award, has the potential to help bring that number down. SEE have 19 patents and 50 registered trade marks over 20 years of research. In that time they have invested 55 million Aus dollars into research. From yesterday's presentation.
That they are only a Tier 2, the bigger picture is the Tier 1 and their relationship and deals with OEM that will deliver for us. And much of that is out if control The good news is the 3 year design stages are coming to an end and we are on the upward projection for increased production from this year, but really from 2022 perhaps we were just too early?
I genuinely believe they share the frustration and are actively doing their best to bring it on. Haters on this board are going to hate and won't give a Damn but this message if not for them, it's for those who actually believe in the company they invested in.
Yes, but I didn't work that one out till after I left. Certainly a full room with extra buzz when SEE took the floor. Nothing said that we didn't hear at the CMD last year.
Imagine if the CFO was at the event, that might be interesting?
I am thinking of going as i am hoping to pop in on my way home from work. Depends how the day pans out but i am looking to add to my baseball cap collection :)
