I agree with the sentiments expressed here. The board is very technical and start up. No sales and marketing on board which they surely need. I suspect they spend their time counting things like money and wondering what to do with the technology they have. The KPI's are statements of what is rather than directions to achieve strategic goals.

My problem is that Tesco (and in fairness, the other big supermarkets ), seem to be maximising profit at the expense of the customer, or ripping the customer off to be blunt. This seems to be the response to Lidl and Aldi and is doomed to failure as customers will move. Maximising profit is a worthy aim but never do it to lose your customer.

Existing Aviva shares will be replaced with holders receiving 76 new shares in place of every 100 currently held. In addition, you will also receive a return of capital payment expected to be paid at GBP1.0169 per existing share held.
Therefore on a holding of 500 shares you will receive the following:
500 X GBP1.0169 = GBP508.45
New consolidated holding – 380 shares.
If I then buy back the shares it will be at best the same (unlikely) but more likely I will loose out.
Am I missing something?

Just discovered this Irish/Euro share because of its' reasonable dividend. It has been listed for three years by the looks of it and has not progressed up in all that time. It seems to have a lot of office space to let and I don't think offices; large offices anyway, are worth much these days or in the future. But it does seem to make a profit and at 1p a share ......... ? AND have 95% occupancy. P/E of 16 is not too bad either.

M&S always proud of its' dedication to customer service are beginning to withdraw from standards they have set. Wanted a pair of shoes at Norwich store. Found a pair: Asked a member of staff in the shoe department if they had a pair in my size. Point 1: Response: 'Go to pay point and ask them'. Anticipate a wait behind people paying and not sure I am that keen on the shoes. Off I go. No one there so the only person waiting. I see a till free start to walk towards and hesitate. Point 2: The till lady has began a conversation .with a supervisor or some one. The leading supervisor of the tills notices me waiting and calls to the ladies having a chat. No response. I only waited two or three minutes but M&S would always consider the customer first. The shoes are only on line in my size. Point 3: Why did the ladies in the shoe department not tell me that? Point 4: I know that on line is the place to go now but why is it the ONLY place for a normal pair of shoes? Bought a pair cheaper (but not as good) from another store. Come on M&S your superior customer service is not why people shop else where, but inferior customer service will add to your problems!!

Time will tell me boy. Many a long night has been spent reminiscing about the good old days when this share were worth much more, it almost ran up to 10p one day even. Them days of glory is well past now master Bond as ye well know. Scupper'er is what I says. Bless ya kindly sir. I am sober honest........but a little restless.

Is this share ever likely to improve? Recent history would suggest not and no one seems to care. Have you looked at their website recently? Built in 2005 with a couple of photos of people having a party and a slave trade policy, old and tired. Do they have a presence on social media; NO. If facing out is not so good I wonder what it must be like inside.

Parity have now taken the 'W' dip in share price (between 20th December and 31st December, and should now level out and start climbing; what else could the market be waiting for?
