I agree -statistics depend on the quality of the information that goes into the equation. As various posters have been pointing out.ACTA have turned things round in the last year and targeted the correct markets with ACTA power. I could be wrong But I still think this is the best fuel cell company. Give AFC another year sø they can get automation sorted.

If shipping was due in November, this repeat trial may not have started yet. I think we will get signifant orders next year sometime from all of the trials but there may not be anything imminant. However I do think the market will then mark us up in line with the other fuel cell companies when the orders do come. Not relying on S korean Subsidies (CERES), No messing about building power stations (AFC) with all the planning. If you look at PPS the fuel cell needs to go in a vehicle so there are bus manufacturesrs involved. Acta power is a steight forward manufacturing and supply process and we are cheap. It does take patients waiting though but I think it is worth waiting and seeing what happens next year.

In case anyone is intetested ceres power got tipped in the investors chronicle. They seem to have ironed out the problems with their boiler units and are licencing out the technology- S Korea for now, then Japan. They have plenty of cash. Still think you would be better off here. Two large orders in the next 6-12months are easily attainable which would justify a market cap of 40-50million in line with all the other fuel cell companies.

ITM -they Got an order for AN electrolyser from the UK government in a fairly contested tender. Anyhow expecting a few orders from the Philipines. Hurricane--blocked roads--problems getting backup fuel to communication station--orders for ACTA power.

Welcome back. Said before this is the best fuel cell play on aim. The Alkaline aspect gives us the advantage over ITM in cost. + the planning process involved with AFC for their various power stations is more complex than most would have initially anticipated + because its backup, power densities and longlivity is not as important IMO. A simple manufacturing & shipping process Works best. With the various distribution partners lined up globally fingers crossed.

Cannot comment other peoples sells. I still think this is the best fuel cell company to invest in -by a long way. The stationary power /telecoms market is huge. Hydrogen is the preferred fuel The electrolyser is the key component. .. ACTA are now demonstrating that they are capable of small scale manufacturing with reasonable turnaround. Shares are worth holding on to.

Very busy but follow the posts.. Feel confident ånd relaxed re ACTA power establishing in the telecoms market. The second trial in the Philipines is almost as significant as the reorder.. Companies talk. In addition to the telecoms market would be interesting If the R&D at ACTA are Working on the automobile market as this is worth 50mil market cap pre sales. The share price dropped below 10p after the ECO island fiasco. Wasnt ACTA's fault. & they shouldn't have been below 10p.

If they are using solid oxide duel cells ACTA will have no involvement as I think we Are alkaline. As far as I am aware the cheapest source of hydrogen is reforming natural gas. ACTA will probaby be next as the alkaline fuel cell is cheapest. Thats why ACTA are half the price of ITM. Although I dont think we Are marketing the car industry just yet because I dont think the pressures Are quite right. When they get established in the telecommunications they can then then look at automobile. Dont need to say - don't forget the scooters.

Poorly written article, nevertheless its coverage. Getting mentioned alongside AFC & ITM is good. Thats why I have mentioned them before. If we get a sizable order or two which could be soon then a market cap of $50 million is possible. I think we are a better company than both. AFC 1megawatt this year. Maybe 5 megawatts next. They Need 20megawatts to breakeven. I sold a few alkane energy shares. They have 60-100mw capacity with a market cap half of AFC. Good week last week . I'm in CAP & OXA. Chap over on ADVFN gave his reason for selling up yesterday: As much as I like the long term story on this stock, and bit by bit it is going along the right path, I just can't justify to myself holding this based on the published numbers. Am sure in the long term it will probaby do well, its the short term risk that worries me. So basically how can I justify holding a stock worth �11.6m when in 2012 it sold �0.4m .......................................................... I think for me it is a buy and hold. There should be orders from the trials and hopefully then the market will look at the potential. ITM havn't increased their capacity 4 fold for example. I think we are in a better position than them & I dont think anyone on here would disagree. So with any reasonable order there could be a significal rerating.

No idea. Nice rise here on Friday. If you check the iii website the OXA management felt that the time to be buying was when the tipsheet said sell. They don't say much but that could be significant. It influenced my decision to buy + the huge drop in shareprice, near commercilisation, low cash burn etc. Spread 12.5 % - not great
