In the context of HZM there looks like an institution possibly JPM offloading their shares. The market makers have an excess of shares at the moment. This excess of shares is called an overhang. That's my understanding

With the Orion deal. at equivalent to 10p per share + banks lining up for funding. this should minimise share dilution (correct if wrong). so hopefully some of these higher share prices become possible.

Comparisons with other companies is never an exact science but I remember Alkane energy a few years ago with a market cap of 30 million. Also AFC energy small energy company with a market cap of 50 million. After RTO I calculate 20p equates to a market cap of 30 million. Think we are now in a better position than either the above companies. Bounce on Thursday shows solid support around here.

Naturally this leaves me speculating somewhat however one shouldn’t deviate to far from the pharma sector and the additional strength provided by the trading arm and warrant bank. N4 Pharma have been particularly quiet and I hope to catch up with Nigel Theobold at the earliest convenience in the New Year.
