The MetalNRG link intrigues me as they have no history in this sector and seem to have chased High value metal speculations in the past. Obviously they want to enter the Energy sector but with the share swap with Eqtec at their Mkt Cap, their influence on EQT will be relatively minor whilst EQT's influence on them will be much greater. So I suspect that DP has plans and MNRG's behaviour will change. Will be very interesting to see how this develops.

The link to MNRG is a bit puzzling to me as they seem very small with experience mostly in rare metals and oil. perhaps this is a seed which it is hoped will grow for both partners.

One of the things that attracted me to this sector is that it 'feels' like IT in the late 60's/late 90's i.e. vibrant with people who are excited by the possibilities and which is not fully appreciated by the rest of the world. Like then there will be winners and losers and its not obvious at this stage which will be which but if you want to be involved in the action then holding shares is a good way as long as you understand what risk you are taking. As a relative newcomer I find EQTs Mcap a puzzle as its only a fraction of AFC and PHE (both of which I also have) but has a working commercial implementation with a track record which they don't have. Maybe the 'old hands' on here can enlighten me as why this should be.

If the March end date is to be met at the same time as supporting the ExtremeE events I hope the company has not taken on too much in one go whilst still finding their feet. It would be good if all the commitments were met as stated as confidence is hard won.

From the outside worlds view this Event is critical to see that the Technology works and is robust. From our point of view this is also a good test of the Managements ability to plan, execute and support. So all in all a vital test all round.

I think EQT's primary aim is the production of Electricity which also plays into their collaboration with Toyota. Toyota also have interest in Hydrogen Fuelled transport. Maybe some room there for PHE?

S Newby - the collaboration may or may not be viewed as some level of approval but what it is is a fantastic opportunity to show our technology to the world and if we show it to be as beneficial as we believe, the approval will come in the form of Toyota becoming a customer.

DP has had some flak recently with some questioning what he was doing. I think he has done very well setting up this collaboration and feel he knows what he is doing.

Kontiki2 - from your description if you are in AFC, you are in the wrong share.

Why would you fundraise for funding of Long Lead items if work wasn't beginning in the near future. If the start was going to be some time ahead then you could order those items now to arrive later. It would be disappointing to have ordered/bought the items and then have them sitting in store for an extended time. Also perplexed as to why Peel hasn't done the ordering or will PHE sell these items to Peel at a later date or exchange for Equity? Some clarity would be welcome.

I would like to see exactly what PHE will get for their money. As it stands it looks like PHE are funding Peel in order to provide them with the technology.

As I read the RNS the LPA has already been signed (subject to conditions) so the latest date of signing must be Today. As a condition " is payable at completion of the land purchase, which must occur on or before a date 12 months from the date of signing of the LPA" - so the Longstop Date (i.e. the last date that the Purchase can be completed) is 12 months from today.

It feels at the moment a bit like a coiled spring.
