Thanks aandi. As you too seem unsure as to what has resulted in the 1.4 m item, I think more visibility would not go amiss. I also look forward to the minutes from the NF project being uploaded. Why can't we have 1 straightforward project reach completion.....please.

Options need to be much more aggressive than to date and only given on concrete achievement like sales! We are at the stage where progress is worth little its sales that count.

Any more detail on progress at NF? Is building continuing or has it stopped? Any news on commissioning dates?

PHE seem to have lost all momentum and the Results do not improve that perception. The exclusivity for Peel looks to have been a strategic mistake and it will take some dynamism from the new CEO to jolt the company back to life. I have a strong belief in the tech but the Management quality has been poor.

These developments cant happen in short order so need to be set up strategically. Maybe now CF will be receptive to taking some feed from an alternative source. This would be contractual between CF and the Owner/Operator (whoever that ends up being).

The CF issue may be too short term but does flag up the fragility of relying on gas imports.

I see that the ratios are 6/11 and 5/11 but why that and not 5/9 4/9 or 7/13 6/13 ? I get intrigued by these things! Also whilst passing on risk to Kibo, Kibo is small and so it is very disappointing that no bigger company could be introduced into the project. My fear is that Kibo is not resilient enough to carry this project.

No more placings for quite some time I think. If EQT want to do any more it will need to be stone cold cert.

Why are these partnership percentage shares such strange numbers? If Kibo are putting in £3mill for a share of the SPV, what assets has the SPV got that they get a share of for their money?

DP is CEO - he is employed to make sales and collect the money (through his appointments maybe). If he leans on this caveat then his forecasts are all worth nothing! Every CEO can quote these caveats but its worth nothing and wont wash with the market.

Every time we get good news the price dips. When will EQT learn to only release bad news......like some of the other stocks.

Nothing says that Linde have looked at the DMG. They are providing the cleanup tech and so will have looked at the spec of the DMG output and the connecting of the units but how and how well the DMG works is PHEs and HUI not their interest.

I can understand some holders unhappiness at the current apparent stagnation in SP. If you bought in 12 months ago and are sitting on a big gain then this decline is not significant but if you bought in say 6 months ago and are sitting on a sizeable loss then it is concerning. As has been said often patience is key but more easily said than done.

I believe the balance of the relationship with PEEL will change when (if) the DMG proves and PHE gets orders from other sources. As the supplier with the Technology patent then Peel cannot easily go elsewhere and so PHE can then have more influence on the projects than at present.

Anyone have any view on when we may hear more on the North Fork situation?

I think CF is a turnaround/developer type rather than an operational runner and so when he feels he has taken ORPH as far as he can and it has become a slower grower, he will move on (maybe stay Chairman?) and go for other more exciting pastures.
