Orc - why are you bothered about the share price or company value unless you are waiting to sell? If not then the ups and downs dont matter, only the growth of the business and thats fine. So the SP is only of concern to a trader and most SHs dont care a toss about traders.

I don't make any comparison between EQT and AFC as to me they are in completely different markets.

I admire your optimism Reg but my view is that PR has MNRG over a barrel. PR as CEO can arrange for Brit NRG to 'spend' its profits thereby becoming 'not profitable' on paper and with no distribution to shareholders (i.e. MNRG). In that situation what the 50% share that MNRG hold would be worth to any purchaser is dubious. As I see it with good accountants, PR can sit there and cream off the profits as long as he is supported by the other shareholders. Just my view and maybe jaundiced!! GL everyone.

Hi Reg (&Mm) - I appreciate the points you make but I think I'm p'd off with the BritNRG rip-off. We have 50% of something that we have no control over and may not see a penny from! The Uranium business may/may not amount to anything but Goldridge and EQT should be worth something. If PR was allowed to conduct the DD for BritNRG for which he was going to be CEO it was very nieve and one of the other directors should have been assigned. Although my holding is insignificant and my reaction is out of proportion with my loss, it just irks me. Just waiting for the next dilution now.

It isn't unfortunate it's a lack of professionalism. In business you have to make your own luck. This is an investment company and has not spent it's money too well so far. This needs to change for confidence to return.

Based on last years Annual Results being in March then if repeated this year we can expect Dividends (if any) to be ex in April and Paid in late April/May.

Happy to be proved wrong if so. Looking for much better performance next year.

The newsflow on AFC doesn't seem to drive the price up and Mr. Bonds expected revenues dont seem to materialise. Most folks optimistic holding seems to be despite these things - it certainly is for me.

My New Year wish is that the Final Results for 2021 come out earlier than June 22 unlike last year.

I think you just want to lay your hands on the money and then leg it. Typical stag.

stt1 seems a big advocate for trading which means he wants as many as possible to sell at the lowest price he can get. Then as any good share will recover and climb back he will sell for his profit. If you believe in the company just leave the traders to buy and sell between themselves - no problem.

I agree with all the earlier comments that the website is not for sales or in depth info - however it does need to be professional ~(not glitzy or flashy) because the overall quality reflects the quality that the company will accept. Anyone looking at the site whether investor, customer, supplier, researcher or just plain curious, will form an opinion as to how the company goes about its business. So whilst not critical it is still important.

Perhaps the question as to the reason for buying those items at that time needs to be asked because the decision would/should not have been taken solely by TY and would/should have been done against an agreed plan. The deal with Peel looks more and more like desperation. Some clarity around these items would be welcome. Certainly further fundraising would struggle based on performance so far.

IMHO the Interview by ProActive is very good. The Exec team members look and sound competent and confident. Compared to other companies in the Green Energy space EQT seem in a different league. e.g. PHE, AFC. They seem to know what they want to do and how to do it. It is also good to actually see and hear the members of the top team rather than just the front man on his own all the while, after all, these guys are looking after our money So GLA DYOR.

aandi - do MNRG still hold EQT shares or could they have sold them? Would there be any notifications if they did/do? Obviously my knowledge of these things is thin. Thanks.
