Hi Reg - I too would like to see the filing. However it surely cannot be believable that PR did not know of his partners interest and if so would be honour bound as a director, to declare it to his business Partners in representing their interest and indeed then step out of negotiations. It would also be interesting to know when PR's partner acquired an interest!

Its certainly gone very quiet.

The big factors here will be price and mobility. Big companies can afford more but need to do more than hand tools and small equipment whilst small traders can't afford bigger prices. Also smaller traders do smaller jobs and move on so mobility is important. The trials should provide lots of data by mid 2023.

It looks like they are investing in the business and organically growing it. At some point before too long there may be enough to begin dividends.

Hi Reg Don't know who would take the oil asset on when ownership level not clear and I think they hope the gold asset will come good for much more than a distressed sale would bring.

Ash I believe in 10 years time this will be a company paying a steady regular dividend with a respectable SP. Not a moon rocket or 100 bagger. So I guess my objectives and timeframe are different to yours so I have no immediate panic like you seem to have. If folks want to exit at 30 they seem to be just short term traders.

No reason to sell apart from pleasing a few speculators. Company making profits and growing. Services broadening and skills extending. Just because you want to sell why should CF? Investors in Business are not just after s quick return. If you are a shareholder see if you can get a proposal for an EGM then see how many agree with you.

MM - No MNRG would have then written off their loan note with probably no return. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask. They must persue this for the shareholders.
