I agree that abuse of board contributors is unacceptable. We are all allowed our opinions and can disagree without descending to that. I didn't read the post from Paul that way but I haven't scanned back through the thread so you could be right from earlier on.

That's a bit harsh DS. The only decisions we have are to put money in or take it out all the rest are for the BoD who are paid to do that. It isn't surprising that some PIs are disappointed with some of the decisions taken by the BoD as mistakes have been made.

C909. Thank you for your considered reply. I agree with most of your points and am very disappointed in the company performance this year. For myself I will probably hold for the ride now as my loss is so big a percentage although not financially thank goodness. There is much riding on Italy that any disappointment there will be a big knock.

Cenzo. If you believe that further dilution is needed then you can't hold many shares.

Maidit. The model is built for POLB by Cyto and uses the data obtained from Hvo by POLB. You do not seem to understand these relationships. Cyto has no data of their own, they build models for their clients providing them with the results so where the data comes from is very pertinent to us LTH as opposed passing through punters.

I agree that as it stands it is likely that a mutual beneficial deal will be struck however things change in business and in this arrangement POLB is not in a strong position so as a PI I prefer legal agreements to informal good relationships. No panic but watching carefully over the next 12 months.

It may be free to use for the current lease period but when that ends Hvo shareholders will expect their asset value to be maximised. If a long agreed lease cannot be agreed there is a danger that POLB model will stop dead in its tracks. I am a shareholder NOT a hater but risks have to be acknowledged and mitigated.

It is certainly a strength for Hvo but surely a weakness for POLB if the lease is relatively short term. They need a long term contract with Hvo if not already in place.

Does the data being used belong to POLB? I know it originally was ORPHs (HVO) but was it transferred or leased to POLB?

I am sure the kit has been hot and cold tested as much as possible but maybe some final connections still need to be completed. Short runs would be fine for training but declaring operational is a move to full running. If they could declare operational now why wouldn't they?

I don't quite read it the same as you. The way I read it, the staff are hired and being trained, the final fitting out is awaiting some critical items and third party activity which is expected this week and the plant will be declared operational (OCD) during December. So still a smidge to do but looking good. The other upgrades should follow on into 2023?

The dilution now means Rolf's costs aren't covered by projected revenue.
