I didn't think we were majority shareholders in Northfork. Didn't it go into bankruptcy and whilst EQT was due a residual shareholding I thought it was minor.

Foxy, I have never filtered anyone as everyone is entitled to their opinion and I will think about any idea put forward. I just become disappointed when folks waste their time and talents and whatever therapy value you obtain it must be pretty minimal compared to the satisfaction of doing something constructive. Renumeration has been cut. There was a recent notice on this. I think it was cut by 40%.

Burrenboy. "Lifestyle companies only I'm afraid" That's rubbish. I am a stockholder in Aim companies that are sound are long established and pay a reliable dividend. Its only if you go for high risk big returns that you get high failure rates but thats to be expected.

If C909 and others were buying millions of the shares why would they then continue to criticise the BoD since that would only lower the value of their purchase?

The February date is the one being put out by Phoenix Energy who are the Main contractors so will probably have a broader view of the whole project.

VH. You must be curious as to why a company would pay EQT for services if their tech didn't work. That makes no business sense unless they are willing to spend a large sum with no DD.

As I see it PIs are not losing value through the consolidation but will lose significant value through the peripheral activities like revaluing warrants and dilution by issuing more discounted "new" shares.

C909. I haven't posted because there has been nothing worthwhile to post about except complaints. Unusually I agree with several of the points you make. Some poor decisions have been made and the BoD have been to easy with the money and too trusting of their partners. I agree the staffing looks out of line and those management roles you highlighted could currently be done by the CEO/COO. The Italy project is critical as if they can't get that working as needed then it's probably game over.

I agree the company needs to take a different appr oach but I think they should make a profit from current operations rather than a punt with another unproven
