Testpsck3. I do not agree with your belief that the CEOs of all AIM companies is to ensure they are all right, I have other AIM shared that behave decently, that pay dividends and that trade profitably. It's just that the high risk/return shares are like the Wild West.

MyIPA. It isn't a case of moving on from EQT, EQT has moved away from PIs! The value of my holding is now not worth selling as it will cost more to sell than the shares are worth. Presumably you are still averaging down?

Along with those who think the SP will jump to 70p on a name change and the consolidation. There are several steps still tho go through yet including a publishing of a prospectus and a probable suspension.

If you believe the share price is being artificially held down, get in and BUY. If it is you will either get a bargain or there will be none to buy.

Why does it matter unless you are looking to trade?

All the old BoD will go. The new boys have got their own plans and the old useless los will take their loot and slink off.

Alternatively - why should EQT hold shares in a mining company? It has no relationship to the Energy business and they can get a price on something which looked like a write off 10 months ago. Holding on would mean it was gambling in an industry it doesn't know with a BoD it doesn't know. Unlike PIs Companies are supposed to be more circumspect.

It is logical to dispose of the MNRG stake. We have no interest in a Copper mining company and this is an opportunity to recoup some of our outlay at a price which couldn't be predicted at the start of the year

The nominal value of the share is NOT the market value. The nominal value is used to control the number of shares in the company available. Following a 100:1 consolidation there will be only 1 hundredth of the shares held but each share will be 100 times the value so the companies market valuation remains the same.

The Board has never bought big into this company. The tech man Yoel is the most committed as he let the ownership of the tech pass to the company and accepted shares in part payment.

This guy CS has been on the BoD of this Company for a long time and hasn't shown any big support in all that time.
