Government's are reluctant to put money into companies with good stories but no sales, particularly AIM companies. Too many Lifestyle shams. We have a great story and a demo but getting creditability is hard.

On AIM.

I have aaded to my holding over the last week to bring it to a tidy round number.

The 40p value is a notional one used for calculating how many shares will be required to meet the payments for debts and costs. They are confident that the listing price will be higher and then the higher the price the less shares will be needed so reinforcing the price even more. The only concern would be the listing price but Strand Hanson would have advised and they have a big reputation to protect.

SO. Isn't so much deramping as demonstrating what a prat they are.

If you haven't faith that this share will prosper after the rto then you should sell now. Those who bought to make a quick killing are disappointed but that's the chance you take. This needs to be held for 1-2 years but there are some profits to be made short term just not 10 baggers. Decide which you are and act accordingly. The likes of Carmzy and Chipsta are a waste of space. They just hang around and moan.

Given the price drop I think most if not all thr trades are sells. Who in their right mind is buying

Why are you still here? You should have gone when the share hit 50p if you believe what you write. But thanks for helping to keep the SP low so I can add some more cheap from those who bail.

As the price dipped I took the opportunity to add a few. Raised my average a smidgeon but still in profit and potential for a big gain.

Don't forget our share in the Uranium business too.

We have a stake in Lake Victoria Gold and until recently we owned Goldridge.

AMG does not own all the Uranium Co but a percentage of it

So UPSA will own 97% of our %.

Trading in this share seems to have died. All awaiting news.

This time last year in the previous RTO attempt, it was a great rush to meet a deadline but this time feels a lot more controlled so eagerly awaiting the prospectus but not anxious.

I believe all these 33.3 transactions are buys.

As no big holder will sell now, the metric to look for are the number of 'meaningful' trades each day. I expect this to diminish forcing the prices up.

If you are not looking to buy or sell but like Cando and me are happy with our holding and waiting for the RTO progress, then it doesn't matter.
