EQT is helping MNRG because it was contractually obliged to as MNRG could not pay it's dues to GIS however that is now finished and EQT has a right to buy the MNRG share of the Italy project at a fixed price (obviously if it suits EQT).

What about the debts? And how are current running costs being paid with no income?

Very good news on the judgement. Before breaking open the champers and counting the notes rolling in we should remember MNRG has just a bit of debt, has salaries and bonuses to pay and the Italy plant money won't start to come in for at least 9 months by which time MNRG will probably have sold their share based on past experience. So stay cool.

Screwing MNRG investors seems to be a speciality of the MNRG BoD.

Hi Reg. Credibility is of minor importance when a company is making good profits and in this current environment producing oil. I don't see how BritNRG lose either way while I have a feeling we will see nothing of the money if MNRG win. Hoping for a good outcome for PIs.

It's cheaper for BritNRG to give MNRG it's money back. The Oil revenues will more than cover it and no more payments needed. RG messed up the deal and any money back will not cover MNRG exps and salaries at last year rates. Why would Brit give MNRG 51 percent? It's a no brainer

How much will this 50 percent development cost be? If there is a shortfall then could be significant placing.

Guess some of the buys were sells. It's a trading market and the price reflects the availability/desirability of the stock
