I think this has really screwed MNRG. The profits which were expected to accrue from BritNRG were to be the seed income for progressing other projects. As it stands MNRG now has no income stream and these issues could take some time to resolve. The DD here has failed and that is at RGs door.

The writer doesnt seem to understand fully what AFC do. He seems to think that AFC is a company who are focussed on producing Hydrogen to then generate electricity. It suggests very surface level research which would not attract me to adopt their suggestions at face value. He has the right company but not necessarily for the right reason!

PEEL is a big company with billionaire connections so why should PHE Shldrs lend/spend money for their development? Maybe the exclusivity is being abused.

Thanks. I have looked at the Archive but a simple list of projects with current status would be good and maybe could be added to over time with stuff like Partner, Stated completion date say - (whoever is running these things!). As the number of projects will hopefully grow then keeping track will become more difficult.

Looking back on the RNSs I find the info on the projects in Greece a bit confusing. It looks like we have projects in Drama, Almyros, Larissa and Livadia. Can anyone confirm this for me or have I got something wrong. Thanks for any response

MNRG needs to take the uncertainty out of BritNRG. I think not only has BritNRG lost its CEO but MNRG has lost its major Oil expertise. Who is running the show day to day Managerially and Technically? The market will not like a vacuum.

Given all the re-commissioning projects then all is not dependent on outright sales although a few of those would help. Certainly End 2021 is no fail point. I suspect mid 2022 may be a judgement point.

What is MNRGs current holding of BritNRG? Is it still 50%?

Not in the near future but if HUI become successful then they may want to obtain control of the technology for vertical integration.

Looking at the historical granting of options (even in lieu of fees) it seems that the BOD have had the easiest of rides. It seems that there have been no implementation of this tech in 10 years of trying - so what exactly have the successive BODs actually achieved? Shareholders need to be more demanding not less.
