Is it just MMs ? The majority of hyrdogen realated stocks are down . ITM -18% PHE -11% AFC -13% TPG -7%
Is there something else going on ? or are they all just have a rerate ? They were all on the way up recently .
Any thoughts ?

De La Rue plc has announced its intention to raise cash by way of an open offer.

The Open Offer will be available to all Shareholders as at close of business on 16 June 2020. If you hold Shares at this time you will be entitled to purchase 7 new Shares for every 16 Shares held, at a price of 110p per Share. Excess applications will also be allowed.

Entitlements to participate will be issued from Friday 19 June. You need take no action at present. We will write to Qualifying Shareholders confirming full terms of the Open Offer shortly after 19 June 2020, at which point an online election facility will be enabled for qualifying shareholders to give an instruction. Our deadline for the Open Offer is expected to be noon on Wednesday 1 July 2020.
