No you miss understand me the average of buying at 5p then 7.5p is 6.25p which was the share price this lower than the SP this morning.

The only thing going on is they buy shares nowat 5p then in 3 months if the company needs more money they buy the warrants and they still are only paying the share price from this morning . Winner winner chicken dinner for TB andco again.

Its a no risk bet isnt it definatly 30p or another offer above ?
