They HAD £6mm in cash on the 30th June...they've been busy since then...Rathlin had £12mm on 31 December they've been spending it on 66% of the WN costs...so what do they have left eh!, and who'll provide their cash? Answer it comes from RBD. unless they dilute...

But of that Edelmans ownership is mainly 144mm out of 169mm shares though his connection to Saltwind Enterprises an IOM entity..not a personal holding. so Directors own less than a couple of % personally.... FACT
If Sachins mum and dad want to invest then of course that's their choice, they have no influence on strategy or delivery so the holding is irrelevant.

The job of the management is to do two simple things:
Spend shareholders money on assets that increase the VALUE PER SHARE and hence share price.
Keep the shareholders informed on what's going on and what the plans are.

If the management keep promising and not delivering on those promises, then don't be surprised when the shareholders stop believing the story. This company floated at the equivalent of 50p 8 years ago, it's currently 20p despite all the promises and "transformational potential" that's been described to the shareholders... delivery is everything, the words are no longer believed other than by those poor sobs who believed the story and are now so far underwater its just not funny anymore....

As an someone experienced you will know the fields started production in 2016, and one of the partners in it at the time stated "..it believes there are enough reserves to go beyond the forecast 30-year life of the Laggan-Tormore project"
Additionally: You will also know that these fields are produced entirely from subsea infrastructure, as such the decommissioning costs in the 2030's will be significantly less than the big fixed platforms, like Clair.
So what is the point you're trying to make again??

seekingalpha. if YOU were a little more experienced you would know that Total are not involved in the Clair field.
you would also know that the latest information (May 2021) from BP is that they expect it to continue until 2050.

I think the debate centres around what will they do if WNA2 has the same issues as B1z. I’m of the view that they may well get some gas flowing from the upper section they plan to perforate (as per SWs video comment) but to demonstrate commerciality they inevitably will need to drill another well, drilled in a way that doesn’t damage the formation .. I’m not convinced Rathlin (RBD) have the funding for their share, nor do I think Rbd have for their direct share.
So the question will be (if indeed funding is required)
1: how do Rathlin raise the funds, do RBD dilute or stand their corner. To date their funding has been entirely from RBD.
2: How much do RBD need to raise to cover both.

I appreciate some people think they’re already funded for all of this, I remain unconvinced…

The thing is, muscels, that if these rampers are left to occupy the forum uncontested, it will be full of lies and half truths about the company and the assets. This share price is as low as it is because of a stream of unfulfilled expectations driving away share holders and scaring off new investment. Meanwhile, the value of our investment drops, and management continue to make money at our expense. I don't feel much like letting them have it all their own way.

At least I’ve been consistent in my story/opinion about RBD/WN as it’s gone from 0.7 to 0.18… you may well not like it but it wasn’t wrong was it….??

To pretend that this price drop is anything other than a potential sign of another release explaining how they’re excited at the signs of permeability and they’ve “recovered hydrocarbons to surface” (remember they said that last time) whilst also stating “no measurable flow” simply tells you they recovered samples from down hole… I’d bet that this next one is only mildly better but remains “encouraging” and “potentially transformational”…

The capex for the development is stated as £145,000,000 best guess. If you add in overhead and contingency and to cover the cost of the office and people lets say £165mm. Or do you think they can debt fund this?, sole project no balance sheet??

2: If they RTO, I presume the company reversed into has the cash?, (answer, if they did it would be an RTO) so go to back to 1:

Value of in the money options @22p : £24,000 was £294,000 @ 60p
Value of UJO Shares: £91,662 @22p, was £250,000 @ 60p
Salary: £215,000 was £60,000

Peolple normally invest on what the company has published and signed off on, not what you want to be the outcome… if the recoverable numbers change then we can recalculate. But quite simply people are throwing around grossly exaggerated revenue numbers that are not related to reality… happy for any of the rampers to demonstrate where their numbers come from, but strangely enough they don’t want to do that…wonder why…!!
