I left this until this evening whilst the more serious posters are around. Genuine question but why wouldn’t Oyster sell the asset off for £2-3m to cover what we’re owed and pocket the rest of its such a good asset? I’ve got a decent amount here but that’s the only question on my mind I can’t figure out.

Will they have to transfer the asset the release RNS or release an RNS as soon as approved?

So if I get this right...worst case scenario we get £2m and that gets added to the mcap so we can’t really go backwards. That would be used to invest. Best case we get a ridiculously good asset and go through a sort of RTO to allow that asset to list and we hike up by about 800% from here?

Eye Guy - where do you see mcap testing on positive oyster news? Personally expecting it to hammer on to around £30m mcap pretty rapidly.

Could someone summarise this company for me. I can just see placing info and extensions and I’m trying to read on phone on the move. It’s certainly getting some attention and thought I’d ask some of you LTH as generally that’s the easiest way to get a clear overview.
