An open offer followed by an AGM couple months later. It doesn’t smell of ‘suspended’ due to no RTO...far from it. I sat in a suspended share once and it came back 100% plus and went up 700% in a few months. The legals alone would take over 8 weeks, these things take time. I’ve not got much here as I can’t afford much but by my own standards it’s a fair bit. An exciting week. Hopefully we get news, if not then so be it no need to panic.

What HNR have is nothing like what we’re looking at here. NFX have a slightly longer route to the enormous medical cannabis market. HNR is a small CBD play in a crowded market and folk are buying into the words CBD and Colorado thinking they’re onto a winner. They’re not. It will experience some short term hype.

All I know is that I’ve spent more on fees for my account that my book cost for these flipping shares. I still have no idea when they will list or what to do other than just forfeit them and close my ii account.

Where is the £51m? The company was incorporated a day before the RNS. I just feel that cannabis route is a side show to the other IP we have in 001 and 002. Just based on my knowledge of cannabis industry and what’s happening here that’s all.

Soup - CBD can be purchased over the counter but only to a particular low strength. THC is another cannabinoid and it only available on prescription. There are another 138 cannabinoid none of which have been legalised....or particularly researched for the matter of it. CBN has, which has incredible sleep benefits as well as for crohns potentially. To claim cannabinoid can be purchased legally over the counter is misleading and incorrect. I’ve been a holder here since is was LEV, pre suspension and we are certainly onto goods things. I’d raise caution to the IP filings, these are happening all over the industry and to make claims will cost millions alone...it will be the solicitor making the money then. For now, we have 001 and 002. The Ebers deal is a sideshow.

Cannabis cannot be purchased over the counter. It can be prescribed by a doctor specifically on the gmc register.

Bit of an one RNS really. We know all this, I was hoping we’d have an actual update :( Feels like they chucked it out in response to the SO dropping. They have more news to release! What about the broker, Ebers info and 001 payments?

CBD gives the chilled out feeling, THC gets you high....in a nutshell. A combination of the two in different volume and different terpenes (that give it the smell) can them treat various conditions. There are also another 135+ cannabinoids not yet fully research. CBN for example, great for sleep and crowns disease. Research and evidence still not advanced enough really but certainly a lot of indicative evidence.
