Also, with the best will in the world an RTO does take time. The AGM will have triggered some decision making and hopefully they have cross some I’s and dotted T’s relatively quickly. My expectation is it will go right to the wire - or possibly just beyond.

There will be holders that bolt as we approach the cut off. I’ve been in two shares suspended - one is still suspended, the other came back from suspension and went on a good rise run. I agree though, been here this long and nothing has changed other than progress on an RTO. I expect they will not release info of target until RTO is complete.

One thing I’ve not looked into much yet is IAMSOLAR. Anyone looked st this in detail?

Nice post counting cards. Which shares you been in that leaped? I had 88e from 0.4 to 4 and NFX when it was LVRT that has 8 bagged. Just needs good research and patience. All researched up here and all signs point towards one rather large holder here. Patience.

Expecting another £6k+ buy to show up today. I feel like someone’s accumulating quietly.

Unless of course it is already being worked on and there is more value in it. Which is also a likely scenario and why Antos has eagerly been buying on the OO and open market.

Given that Antos is likely already involved in the asset and a major shareholder here, that should expedite the DD quicker. As an RTO we will feel the benefit enormously and the target company will get quick market access and ability to raise more funds quickly to develop the asset. I believe we will find an mcap base of around 15-20 mill once asset is secured. Then it will be news driven until we realise the potential.

Can’t be that long now. But there’s still plenty of time until the RTO has to be complete. Also, if they don’t they could just suspend for a while. I’m confident we will end up with our asset(s) and we’re cashed up enough to start the process. SP will flick up and some more funding may be required but at a higher SP it just creates a new base. We’re all good. Disappointed I missed the OO.

I can see this jumping up on sentiment and then settling back to this level. Not as exciting as first reads. Nice little company though.

It’s simple. Get the best people for the job and give them the autonomy to get the best deal. I don’t care if they’re male, female, both, neither or fluid or whatever the references are these day...just put a team together on merit and experience and let them use that experience to pull the levers that we can influence.

I definitely think something next week. The AGM will have triggered some further progress and at least they can mention the proposed RTO. Paperwork will then follow. If it is Couer then expect a 7-10 bag over the next 8 weeks.

Maybe focus on mcap. Currently £3m and expecting a £20m+ on RTO. I think it will settle around £12-15m.
