Say you know your due to be paid at the end of the month then you can run up debt to your creditors. ie not paying rent etc.....
This is how I see it. If the company was broke with no chance of becoming viable it would have to be announced.

We have to be running on credit right now.
It has been the case before placings that Art does a podcast to ramp it up a bit.
He's said now that he's not making any timeline predictions so we just have to look a time going on and no bad news or placing, so could be indicative that a deal is done or close.
As for the now infamous harami cross it's been lifted from British Bulls the automated candlestick analysis site that always buys and sells at the best intraday price and ignores the spread. Having said that it's interesting sometimes to look at if only for confirmation of what you may be thinking about a stock.
The SMA is just a rolling average taken over some time period. As each day passes new data comes in and old drops out. It's just a simple average which just adds up the prices over the number of days (n) and then divides by n.
The EMA is of more use in predicting short term changes as it's weighted to the more recent data .
When we hopefully get a golden cross of the 50 moving through the 200 I'll say we might be on to something but as we all know this is news driven and with the right news we have an instant ten bagger.
TA is only really of any use in highly liquid blue chips but may have some use for short term traders in other stocks.
This is just a gut feeling but I think this time we could be close to a deal which kind of makes the whole thing academic.
