MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, is pleased to announce that its Distribution & Professional Consulting Services division has received three further orders for services relating to the tethered balloon projects that it is involved in. These orders are worth approximately US$1.0 million in aggregate and are to be delivered within the next 12 months.

MTI's CEO, Moni Borovitz, commented : "We believe that these additional orders reflect the satisfaction of our customers with the services they have received so far from us and our unique capability and experience in this highly specialist area."

Contract win announced this morning - at £150k it's good to see though not exactly material as an RNSNON, more indicative of REAT's evidently high quality of service and relationship with a major customer.

And this is "just the initial value of this incremental engagement", so REAT presumably believe there's more to come:

Incidentally, jolly speculator's figures are incorrect. So I repeat that at 1.425 with 0.12p historic EPS now forecast to 30th September just gone, REAT are on a backwards-looking P/E of just 11.9.

Allenby were previously noting that REAT were on track for 0.17p EPS this year including a full year of Fidelis. Even if this gets reduced to say 0.15p EPS that would be a current year P/E of just 9.5.

Quite amusing really - could even end up blue tonight!

The MMs' initial markdown to 37p-40p was ridiculous given this was only a temporary deferment to the right, likely outweighed anyway by the potential for increased orders from OEM8 plus confirmation of likely near-term news flow. So this brought in lots of buying interest without the commensurate stock on hand to satisfy it.

Here's how Finncap conclude their note today:

"- Potential for increased volumes with OEM 8: As previously announced, OEM 8 has seen order intake greatly exceeding its original volume expectations and has been in discussions with suppliers to explore the capacity available for significant volume increases. SCE is currently manufacturing in line with current OEM 8 contractual requirements, but it does have capacity to support increased volume requirements from the customer, with specific updated contract volumes expected early in FY2022.

- Further contract awards expected: SCE has also indicated that it is continuing to make progress with other OEMs following its £20m contract announcement with OEM 10 on 17 August and a €5m follow-on contract with OEM 5 on 2 September. It expects to make a further announcement on progress in the near future.

- Valuation unchanged at 69p/share: We currently value the business by doing a DCF on the assumption of the factory filling to capacity over time. With a discount rate of 9% this derives a fair value of 69p/share (unchanged from previously). As the commercial case continues to prove itself, the order book builds and the production ramp-up proves successful, we envisage the discount rate in our model declining, resulting in significant further upside to our valuation."

Here's the narrative from Liberum's new research - they say buy and have a 190p target:

"Liberum stays at 'buy' on SourceBio following emergence of Omicron

Analysts at Liberum reiterated their 'buy' recommendation and 190.0p target price on shares of SourceBio International, telling clients that there was room for the company to beat its estimates for 2022 following the appearance of Omicron.

PCR testing was now at its second-highest level since the pandemic began and the government had reintroduced Day 2 PCR testing for travellers returning to the UK, they pointed out.

There were also discussions to reintroduce mandatory Day 8 PCR testing for travellers.

All were positives for the provider of laboratory services.

Furthermore, it base business was trading at pre-pandemic levels, the analysts said.

All told, that left the company "well-positioned" to execute against their estimates for the 2021 financial year of £86.5m in sales and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation of £21.0m and to "potentially outperform in 2022."

"We have left estimates unchanged at this stage whilst the outlook for PCR testing volumes remains uncertain. We await an update in guidance from management in early 2022. Nevertheless, we believe there is upside potential to forecasts. We reiterate BUY and target price of 190p.

"[...] The 2022 testing outlook remains uncertain but if the demand for private PCR testing remains high and international travel continues, then Source is well-positioned to benefit and outperform on expectations."

Exciting stuff - and the new Inverness hydrogen hub is just the start:

"Getech has agreed with SGN to progress three further UK sites to an advanced stage of evaluation and the parties are discussing the addition of several, recently identified sites to the joint review list."

A severe initial markdown by the MMs as expected today, but for long-term holders this is just a 3-6 month delay in a very long story which is finally coming to fruition.

We can expect "a further announcement in the near future" re contract awards, and the OEM8 contract could see further upgrades from £27.5m. This could be an interesting opportunity - and the share price has already bounced nicely from the initial 37p-40p markdown range.

BMS were tipped as one of the new main Buys in this weekend's issue (as posted elsewhere on other bb's).

Apparently BMS were also tipped in Growth Company Investor magazine.

They look very cheap imho. Certainly lots of upside to Finncap's 444p target price.....

Stifel has upgraded its forecast for the year ending December to US$356.2m sales, EBITDA of US$42.2m and eps of 10 cents. The broker increases its price target to a giddy 268p, 205p over the price at which we added the shares to GP3. As the broker notes, “Now more than 45m domains use at least one of CentralNic’s platforms (12% of domains worldwide).... As CentralNic consolidates, it is taking out costs, deploying technology to automate process and so is increasing EBITDA.” Keep on buy list."

- CPO high season starts 10/1-15/1, and CPO prices are materially higher now than this time last year
- DKL are buying a new machine costing €130k which would improve extraction rates by 1% in time for the high season
- this would bring in a whopping additional €2m revenues per annum
- most analysts are forecasting strong CPO prices for the entirety of 2022
- so revenues should be higher than the record revenues being achieved in 2021

Finncap retain their Buy and 44p target price, and summarise as follows - note the very high visibility of income:

Apparently Peel Hunt have now increased their target price to 1000p.

Arden have this morning raised their target price back up to 7.9p from 7p - which may well be raised again once cashew production begins.

They've also increased their forecasts substantially. For this year they now see a €3m operating profit and €0.9m adjusted PBT, but for the coming year they now see a €7.5m operating profit and €5.2m adjusted PBT - this against a £27.5m m/cap.

They conclude:

"Investment thesis and valuation – We upgrade our target price to 7.9p from 7p which reflects the earnings changes we have made in our model and our DCF valuation of both the palm oil operations and the anticipated start-up of the cashew plant. At 4.7x 2022E EV/EBITDA and conservative longer-term CPO pricing, we see plenty of upside and potential shareholder returns. Buy."

An outstanding montly update today, with a huge 74% increase in production to take advantage of the decade-long CPO price highs at present. PKO and PKC production is also very good, with new customers being found for PKO..

DKL are already stating that this will be a "record year" for revenues, and the 2022 high season is only 6 weeks away so will defnitely benefit from the high prices.

This update is a day early - perhaps an amuse-bouche for a cashew update tomorrow?

Absolutely outstanding full year results, and importantly an equally confident outlook supported by the rising order books.

The results are even slightly ahead of the latest upgraded forecasts, particularly the dividend, which at 16p - almost doubled from last year - is well ahead of 14.5p expectations.

RNWH state they continue to look at acquisitions in their own and new sectors, so I'd expect them to use their healthy balance sheet to good effect in the near future.

If you look through the various divisions the growth prospects are enormous, and RNWH already have the presence in those areas to take advantage.

Congrats to the management - and the new non-exec director also appointed today sounds just the ticket for bringing in new business and contacts.

Chris5, who knows - seems ridiculously cheap to me! Presumably some legacy sellers/profit-takers out there. But CAPD appear to be in the middle of a multi-year boom period with loads of good news flow to come, imho anyway.
