Nolupus I am going back in Valneva under 12 euros and I am gutted I didn’t wait for innate! The first time I have sold a share so quickly and with no profit. I missed the rise, gutted.
I wonder whether its worth buying EDF energy? I think they own the nuclear plants in the UK. Currently quite low at the moment. I wonder where all the contracts for the nuclear propelled submarines will go? I noticed BAE and Rolls picked up on news but maybe BWXT will get a slice of the action. I agree re Sajid. I wonder whether cancelling the contract was about enabling EU to buy it? I suspect EU were not happy that Uk had priority again on a vaccine. Maybe this cancellation will enable EU to strike a deal. I am tempted to go back in..

Thank you for opinions. I haven’t gone back in this time. I think if Europe agree a deal it will rocket. The only reason I didn’t buy was because of Savids comments yesterday. I will be watching closely and will undoubtedly be kicking myself when a deal is struck! Thank you.

Thank you for your message. It was good to hear from somebody that had been in yellowcake for a while and understood the share. I did actually buy yellow cake for the same reasons as you bought it and I had a feeling that the latest news articles re China buying up so much Uranium would have an impact. It looks like it has had an impact! I have actually already jumped out because my portfolio was so bleak that anything that resembles a profit I am extracting. I am sure I have probably jumped too soon but I was happy with my profit. Thank you.

Is anybody invested in Uranium? I have noticed yellow cake has dipped a bit. I would welcome any thoughts on this.

Well I have read all your messages from today and I feel depressed! Inflation, corrections, covid, debt..really interesting though to hear different viewpoints. Listening to you guys and girls is better than reading the FT! I bought SUPP today on the back of Oxford Nanopore. I believe from my research it has 4 percent stake. I have read today about quantum investing. Tried to find a listing that uses quantum tech in their portfolio. I only found one and I need a million to open an investment..think that’s me out!

IP Group is on the move. Oxford Nanopore IPO imminent sept/Oct. IP Group is still one of my best shares to date I think it has a great portfolio.

I have been researching ethanol all morning. Thinking AB Foods May be the way in. Any thoughts. They shut down vivergo plant in hull but in light of recent news are they are reopening. This plant is second largest in Europe. Does anybody think my research is a bit tenuous ?!

Nothing is a given in this game abs Valneva could have plummeted after the gain. On reflection the second news re Lymes made it less risky. What price would you consider re entering if at all? I appreciate your advice.

What’s your thoughts on Valneva? I was going to wait till Lyme disease vaccine news but as I am up 25% on Covid vaccine news I am thinking to get out and wait for drop to go back in ready for Lyme disease news. The concern I have is that it might not drop in price as Lyme disease news may keep it buoyant. I would welcome any advice.

Sorry I can’t help I have the same problem. I now set an alert for my US shares on investing so that I know if there is significant movement and then I just google “latest news on ....” I am sure there has to be a better way!

Well I didn’t play that as well as I had hoped but better than I have in the past! I should have pressed deal at .58 but waited and managed to get .50 which is another learning curve for me. This time I have taken profit and half of original investment. I will now sit an wait. On another note Pineapple power is in the process of a reverse takeover and was suspended this morning. Fingers crossed.
