10 years is a long time indeed! I am not trying to sugar coat things here but the waiting seems to have been in sections. There was the initial fraudulent allocation of said Tano block, followed by a long legal dispute. Legal cases are notoriously long, which is obviously in the lawyers' (who help make the law!) best interests, and these timings are also largely outside Clon's control. However, now having settled "all legal action to Clon's satisfaction, the clock, in a sense, started again. In that respect, the waiting game hasn't been 'that' long and if we throw in the pandemic and slowing of the economic wheels then the time of waiting shrinks again. I think the hope for me lies in the fact that nothing has changed here, and some sort of outcome, as you rightly pointed out, is inevitable. Given Ghana's desire to move forward, I would be very surprised (even by Clon's standards) if we went beyond the summer without some sort of major announcement at least :)
