I managed to get through earlier.

I entered the digit of the first initial of the surname of one of their team members (initially I just tried calling a couple of their members listed on their team page on their website) and it listed other advisors that you can connect to. I tried 3 times and eventually got though to one of their advisors.

I just spoke to SP Angel. The advisor said that if the NOMAD was cutting ties with Eurasia Mining, it would have been announced already (I assume via RNS before suspension).

It’s certainly reassuring to get that clarification.

This just proves that there is really no point speculating or paying attention to any rumours. There is nothing we can do right now but wait for further announcements. Just hoping for a positive outcome…shortly.

Also, their last announcement via RNS was:

“The Directors are pleased that our structuring is approaching completion, as we work hard with DLA Piper and our other legal advisers. As announced on 8 February, we are making good progress despite the current geopolitical context and a separate announcement will be provided. Contrary to speculations, the Directors and the Officers of Eurasia have not sold any shares and, as the largest shareholder group, are focused on the liquidity event along with all shareholders".

Why would they release that and then go quiet for months and then suddenly suspend the share? I would have expected another RNS if the situation had changed.

Ffs, I was planning on doubling my holding this week. This couldn’t have come at a worse time for me. Fml

With you on that hopper. Huge loss with EUA (although still think that’ll come good eventually). Hoping for some recovery here in the short term.

Seasick, the bod are aware that there are several updates due and have confirmed they will release them at an appropriate time. Just got to remain positive and believe that business is continuing in the background and that we’ll see a positive outcome with the war in the coming weeks. Unless we get an RNS to state otherwise, it’s BAU.

IMO, they’re either not in a position to release further details right now (could be waiting on license transfers etc or for the war to reach a ceasefire) or they could be waiting for the June AGM meeting to provide one large update.

Go and do something with your day and stop focusing on the SP. It’s not going to change until there is progress with peacetalks, a ceasefire or news released by the bod (unlikely whilst the war is on / there is a risk of being targeted by sanctions). Stop moaning about the bod ffs. You really want them to expose themselves when putin is threatening sanctions against western companies?
