Lol frutsels, you focus on the daily sp fluctuations too much. Focus on the info released by the bod (RNS’s) and have confidence in your investment. The only thing that has changed here is the war, so just have to expect a delay (not affected by sanctions etc).

The bod have been working in the background and have provided updates where possible. Can easily get frustrated with the time it’s taking and criticise the bod, but none of us are experts in executing large scale M&A deals.

The fact is, it’s no longer a “Potential Asset Sale”, but is now “Russian Asset Sale”. Unless you need the funds now, surely that gives you some reassurance that the bod are still going to achieve their initial strategy (although possibly changed circumstances due to the war)?

I’m not expecting anything until the AGM now, but I’m happy to wait regardless. Still believe in the bod and am here till the end.

Of course it’s anyones guess how long it’s going to take. We can all make assumptions but I’d like to think it’s a positive move and it’ll be completed within a few months max.

Calamari, I’m no expert with M&A deals but do know from research that it can take several years. I agree it’s taken a long time but can only follow what’s in the RNS’s and trust the bod. One thing to note from the RNS’s back then was that it was a “potential asset sale” …in the most recent they now mention “Russian Asset Sale”.

As I said previously, I expect it to at least return to pre war levels eventually but still feel hopeful we get the sale news we’ve all been waiting for.

You have to think about why you invested in the first place. The only thing that has changed is the war, which has just added further complications with the process. I still believe in the bod and will wait for further updates. I certainly wouldn’t believe TMS who has called it wrong on several shares in the past.

Just hoping the bod release some news about the sale in the next couple of months for everyone’s sake.

I understand Calamari, but we don’t know what complications they faced because of the war. They’ve released what they can via RNS and the fact it’s no longer “potential” asset sale gives a small hint that it’s still happening. We would have heard different otherwise.

It’s not like they’ve been completely silent, they’ve just not released the RNS people have been waiting for.

Nothing has changed since then so until we hear otherwise from the bod, I assume it’s still happening. Whatever happens, I’m going to hold. Even if it returns back to pre war levels, I’d be happy - the asset sale is a bonus. Yes it’s taken a long time (far longer than anyone expected) but to say it’s a scam just because of that is ridiculous.

Exactly, it’s absolutely pointless. This should be a place to discuss and share information about EUA. Losing so much money can have a major impact on your mental health and arguments on here certainly don’t help with that. I’m still feeling positive about this share and hope the bod reveal news on the sale within the next couple of months. Either way, right now I’d be happy to get back to the pre war levels.

Jeez, it was pleasant on here this morning and there were valued opinions being shared between each other.

Why can’t you all just converse as adults? Stop throwing insults at each other and stick to the most important topic - EUA.

We’re all frustrated with the time it’s taken but let’s at least try to support each other whilst we wait this long anticipated news. We’re all in the same boat. Bickering won’t change the situation.

Kira, you’re not going to win arguments unless you prove what you’re saying is correct with FACTs. You talk a lot but it all seems to be YOUR OPINION and you make it all seem very genuine, which is no worse than the rampers on here. I understand the frustration with the lack of comms from our bod, but I don’t think comparing comms from the bod of a sanctioned company to ours is necessarily fair. Of course Poly/Pog will be releasing regular updates because they’re affected by sanctions and going through changes because of it. Our bod have been very quick to clarify no sanctions affect them, that they aren’t affiliated with any Russian banks and they’ve appointed a new director to ”significantly” speed up the Russian asset sale process (etc etc).

What else is there to say if they’re waiting to share the sale news at the AGM? I know we haven’t received much in terms of communication but regardless of the time it’s taken, the news they’ve released is positive (albeit not the news people want).

I’m frustrated too but all we can do is wait until they release the clarity on the sale.

People need to ignore the SP. Yes it’s frustrating seeing it drop but if you’re invested for the asset sale, you should be able to ignore it. They’ve confirmed recently via RNS that the asset sale is happening (no longer states “potential”). Unless we hear otherwise, the asset sale is still happening. Ignore the trolls, focus on the facts (RNS’s) and expect the SP to fluctuate until we hear from the bod.

The RNS on 18th May states:
