RE: I think I'll just hold30 Jun 2022 15:44
Tygra,
I understand the frustration - i’m heavily in the red right now and of course would love to see this concluded asap.
However, regardless of the time it’s taking, I’m still confident in the bod and now expect delays due to the current situation. I know they haven’t released any significant news about the asset sale (which is what we’re all waiting for) but I’m interested to hear; what facts have changed that have caused you to have such a negative view?
From your past posts, it’s clear you’ve done your research so I would have thought you’d be confident in your investment. The bod may be ‘carrot dangling’ but until they are ready to release the news we all want to hear, they can only reassure us that it’s BAU and they’re continuing discussions with interested parties to get the best possible deal for shareholders.
“While we expect these developments to add value to these projects, we have not lost sight of our principal strategy, which is to focus on maximising shareholder value, primarily through a sale of assets, for the benefit of our shareholders. Active discussions with interested parties continue, and will be pursued with patience and care, against the background of the now more complex and changed geopolitical landscape.
Until there is a ‘no sale’ RNS, assume it’s still ongoing. You know the sp has no reflection on the company or it’s assets. Any news on potential peace with the war or asset sale, I’d expect the sp will rerate.
Just got to be patient (yes I know - we’ve been patient for long enough) and stay positive until we can get a more significant update from the bod.
