As previously disclosed, the Republic of Sudan's oil ministry has offered the Bamboo Field to Wildcat for development under a service agreement which would later convert to a Production Service Agreement. Wildcat has submitted a work program and is awaiting approval from the minister. Disruption to the Sudanese telecom infrastructure has hindered the completion of the deal”

Telecoms were restored last week I believe, so hopefully things are back on track and deal completion isn’t too far away.

No, I’m lambasting you because you’re completely taking what I’ve said wrong. At no point have I mentioned house deposit. If that was someone else, I have the same view as you. Even with a normal share, investing a house deposit would be a huge risk.

Also, if you’ve invested for what they have today and can’t see any potential, you might as well sell up. “Not sure what research can be done here”….You can’t be serious. Are you even invested? Low on funds? Prove it.

The process included the evaluation of the company's technical competency as well as its financial capability to complete a major oil production purchase. This clearance is required from the MOP before Wildcat can undertake any petroleum deal in the country including the purchase of large scale oil production.

A number of investors, including The Waterford Group, have provided financial backing for the potential purchase of any production in South Sudan.

Mandhir Singh, chairman of Wildcat said, 'The Wildcat team has been involved in the South Sudan oil industry since oil was first discovered there. We are happy to have passed the arduous due diligence process and received a top level ranking. Wildcat has been invited by the MOP to visit them in Juba and conduct talks regarding current oil production opportunities in the country.'

facts / latest updates are:

- civil war has had no impact on the sa deal

- service contract has been offered to wcat for the bamboo field (just waiting for approval from minister) - this will be upgraded to a psc when the conflict settles

- a firm that does provide auditing services to pie companies has been identified and will be engaged in due course and an announcement made via rns once the relevant paperwork has been completed.

- waterford group still 100% behind its plans for sudan (£50k worth of shares bought at .5p)

- nov rns ~ funds raised are sufficient to see the company through the next 12 months(+), as well as covering the cost of signing the oil developmental deal.

- debt free

- sp currently at .25 (war is factored in to the price) - 52wk range is .12 - 1.5 (great upside potential)

- chairman purchased another 26.3m shares in oct (now holds over 60%) as a show of confidence that they’ll get the deal done

Genuine investors would not waste time commenting on / attacking a share they have no interest in or only seem to see negatives with. They would simply move on and invest elsewhere.

I really don’t understand how the bid / ask can drop so suddenly on no news and low volume. 13% drop yesterday in 16 mins is an absolute joke. Hourly and daily indicators were showing strong buy at the time too.

I’m not sure a new one has been appointed yet but it’s worth noting the Auditor was forced to resign due to no longer providing service to PIE companies. However it does sound like they have already found a potential replacement:
