Goldman . Makes little difference to me held my share through both dates . Monday will tell if your entitled to how many shares in the offer if you bought today !. I am interested in what the nil share price for selling before deciding if to sell the nil shares or buy into the offer if the share price drops Monday will it also drop again on the 28th September when dealing in the new shares begins ?

On the easy jet prospectus..it say record date for entitlement under the rights issue 6pm on Wednesday 8th September 2021 so how can you be entitled to the rights if you bought today the 10th September 2021 ?

Nick if you could have sold on Thursday and still hold the rights everyone would have done the same and bought back Monday at a lot lower price . Afraid it does not work that way it goes by the ex rights date 13th same as ex dividend date hold the shares on that date and you get ex rights .registered date of Wednesday is to stop investors Pilling into the share to get the rights at a cheaper price. If you want to buy extra right buy the nil right shares at the market price on Monday whatever that might be maybe someone could come up with a good guess

To late to buy today to get the rights you had to be on the register Wednesday to get the rights

Slim ..it means if your on the register on Wednesday you where entitled to the right issue anybody buying Thursday was not the ex date for receiving and selling or buying the rights is Monday the 13th the ex rights day so like when stocks go ex dividend the share price will drop by not to much is the hope. And if you want to sell your rights Monday there will be a separate nil share price for these on Monday not necessarily the 4-10P Offer price to buy into the right issue.

Just spoke to barclays share trade corporate division and if you sell today you will not get your rights they go ex tonight at 16.30 so you can only deal in rights or have right if you have your shares at 8am Monday. Sell to day and you lose that right.

Thought the government said the I newspaper report on school closures was wrong ! Smithy what are you doing with your rights issue buying into it or selling your right or don't you have any shares In Ezj since you ask questions maybe you will answer this one

Alas Smith..seen share gradually rise and that rise eliminated in one day watched EZJ rise day after day by over a pund a day so wow sooner see that at least a one day drop can be absorbed and at least a chance to sell with a profit watch EZJ rise and regain confidence in the next six months..

Alas Smith. I seem to find that once the Dow opens at 2-30 this alter oil stock as they are priced in dollars so I think that Ezj will be back in the blue by the close..

Yes understand that but generally it also pulls other shares up and what is your opinion on EZJs drop when they opened up over nine pounds and soon dropped back to show a drop of 22p om the opening
