In order to advance the vaccine assets in Imutex, we need to conduct clinical trials - phase II for mosquito and phase III for flu. These require considerable investment. We are in discussions with potential partners regarding mosquito but there has been little to no circulating flu for 2 seasons so it has not been possible to design a phase III trial let alone conduct one. The pandemic has made it very difficult to conduct trials other than Covid studies but that appears to be changing now. We are always meeting with potential partners to advance the assets but during the past two years it has been difficult to raise interest in anything other than coronavirus. Cheers

I sent them an email saying I represented a large number of Orph shareholders (sorry for the exaggeration) and told them to get moving - no response yet but every little helps

Its a good article but ultimately if its a good Company (driving sales and profits up on a quarterly basis) then the shorts won't win

Don’t know if the seller who has been dumping shares on a daily basis reads this board. If he does then it would be interesting to hear his thoughts when we rerate and he can calculate how much more he could have received

Hi JB - do you think CF has lost the faith of the market - just wondered what your thoughts are?

JS has repeatedly said about purchasing shares and hasn't done so yet which is frustrating. It could be that he is constantly aware of price sensitive information but more likely that he is waiting until the shareholder lock in ends in March when the price is likely to fall and it will allow him to mop up some of the sells

Let’s see if Hallsworthy is right and the business is about to be sold. If he is then a CRO suitor wouldn’t want Imutex or Prep but probably would want all the Data. Is that the reason CF has pushed back on DIM? (just speculating on a dull day)

There has never been a better time to spin off Prep and Imutex - I cannot believe they will waste the opportunity when infectious diseases are such high profile

On the face of it DIM looks a great proposition but I cannot understand why they don’t start creating the revenue streams now so that the spin out has immediate momentum. I don’t believe CF when he says it’s too complicated for potential DIM customers to do this prior to a spin out. (Just create a DIM subsidiary - start revenues and then spin it out)

Russky - your so called Trader must be doing badly as its been heading down for the last few months (up until the last couple of weeks)
On a separate note the 20 day EMA has crossed the 50 EMA

SZ - so if a holder of millions of shares wants to liquidate by selling hundreds of thousands per day it has zero effect on the market?

We don’t know if the dumping is from one person, but, if it is, how many millions has he dumped (in 50k and 100k lots) over the last few months?? My estimate would be at least 150k per day which means about 10 million over the last 3 months

Profitbagger - you are confused - there is only a finite amount of management time and CF (rightly in my view) want to get Poolbeg back on track before they devote time to DIM - makes a lot of sense
