To be quite honest Deepjoy you have been proved wrong when you stated that there aren't any Institutional investors and you are trying to squirm out of it by moving the goalposts.
Secondly you say the accounts are no good which is clearly wrong - fantastic growth in Turnover and now EBITDA profitable and more growth to come. (plenty of cash on the balance sheet and no debt)
You will counter this by saying why is the share price down - that is because CF is overly bullish and the outcomes have been good but not to his excitable level hence sentiment is low at the moments
Ryan - we know these idiots just try and wind up long term holders
Is that you again Swapler? - thought you were long term to buy a French Chateau????
Deepjoy - short term fluctuation in the share price are not an indication of the value in 6 or 12 months time. Ryan is just quoting future Broker calculations. At the moment sentiment is not great for Orph as Sales will be slightly below the over optimistic excitement of CF and profitability, therefore, not quite as good. Despite this, the turnaround in Sales and profitability is still remarkable in such a short period of time. There is more growth to come and the spin outs and other possibilities such as the Nasdaq listing are a nice extra for future share price growth(3p per spin off looks like a lazy finger in the air estimation) - I am confident of a much healthier total Orph return over the coming months
Can anybody explain these large after hours trades - they look like buys ?
Was that a sell by you then Swape? If so, any particular reason??
It’s interesting that there are so many people (sellers) that don’t see potential from where we are now and decide to offload rather than wait for a much better outcome
Barwick - that was very amusing - we need a little humour on here
RW - so only £15m in the second half?!?
Rod - so they have to make more than £18m profits to pay a dividend - that would be fantastic
I just hope CF is managing expectations regarding Monday’s first half numbers. He has said EBITDA profitable (which means pre tax loss) so wouldn’t it be great if he surpassed this with a small pre tax profit
Lots of sells going through but the SP remains relatively stable - strange that the sellers aren't waiting to see how September pans out
Looks like Earaches berating of CF is having a positive effect - he has put him right LOL
You haven’t got a lot backbone Mr Earache - share price pulls back and you say CF has lost credibility / CF can’t possibly float another Company / Poolbeg is not working etc etc - just have a little patience
What will be funny is when we rebound to 30++ and the 100k seller can calculate how much they have lost by driving us down to the early 20’s
I suppose he / she thinks that’s funny dumping another 100k (plus an ext 25k for good measure) just after my comment
Has the 100k seller gone?
As I said Earache CF can plan the spin off timetable towards Sept onwards when more buyers are around. One thing that bothers me is the excuse that DIM contract are being delayed until DIM is spun off - that doesn’t sound right. Surely all they have to do is create a DIM trading subsidiary (they probably have one already) assign the DIM assets across (plus get some management) and then get the contract signed up. The subsidiary could then be floated with revenue streams and substance - it would be far more credible and potentially a successful float.
Adw - I take your point re announcing contract gains but if they are announcing that a spin off is ready to be listed then there is Lee way to manage the time lines for the listing
CF recently stated that they would delay positive RNS’s until September onwards as markets are quiet and not many buyers around. Maybe he will re think that in view of the falling share price and the large volume of trades today (having said that the share hasn’t risen much in the past on positive news)
IPO market cap of Poolbeg was 500 million shares in existence at 10p - not hard to calculate a market cap of £50 million!!!
