His £300k salary so far and added extras recently are not warranted and hasn’t met any deadlines , now we find our selves on the decline again because the failed opportunities recently where the company should have grown and should have been nearer 10p no we are declining from a poor position . Shocking performance. That’s coming from a person who has been very positive .

Unfortunately AV has not delivered on any targets that have been set out by him , this is very unfortunate considering the commodity backdrop of tin and lithium etc . I personally think he has missed out massively over the last 6/12 months because of his approach and attitude to shareholders and the broader market . In all honesty I would love to see someone else at the helm guiding this company because on paper is ticks every box.

Moving on the the report end of the month we will see this confirmed that the company is making good profit .

3 world class assets going unnoticed by investors . EIB was a strategic move , that coupled with SQM and ACAM , this is going to be huge just need some concrete news flow starting in a couple of weeks with Q1 report RNS
