Nesty - majors unfortunately don’t operate like that , even given the backdrop of how good things are and prices . There will be a certain criteria that have to be done , however I see that as positive for both sides it shows the commitment levels from SQM and also bolsters our position when it comes down to a buy out figures .

Mostly likely outcome Nesty will be at maiden resource stage , they would be in discussions before hand with board members and share holders . My rough timeline to that stage would be 6/9 months maybe 12 months . That’s why I think SQM will buy us out obviously drilling results are key but look at what’s been proven already and why they added a 3rd drilling rig already .

They will but the whole operation and assets nesty , that’s my thoughts . They are major and don’t want it getting messy with other competitors

This is an incredible move from Tim and lithium very bullish now .

Don’t believe the headlines - follow the data. Chinese tin stocks are 6,935t, 7 weeks left.

October 2023, the spot price for spodumene concentrate (6% Li₂O, FOB Australia) was approximately $818 per tonne. The average price in the assessment period ending September 4, 2023, was around $818/tonne, part of a softening trend in prices at the time.

It's important to note the price was highly volatile around this time. The price on October 20, 2023, just before the acquisition was announced, had fallen significantly from a peak of over $6,000 per tonne in December 2022. The deal was eventually completed in May 2024 at which point prices were even lower, dipping below $1,000 a tonne in January 2024 to an average of $955 a tonne."

Yes it’s a small portion which at the time was seemed wise by the management , Orion royalties will be coming down . Understand the micro mechanics of this and you will realize it’s short term , the future growth looks and will be exceptional. Only criticism I have is the zero pr from the company .

My point exactly they will buy the whole company out right , infrastructure workforce of 200/300 revenue stream from tin . The 3rd rig was a very pivotal point which went unnoticed

Nesty - I didn’t actually look properly into that possibility until recently , I certainly overlooked the significance of SQM coming on board .

Yes correct , this is why I’m saying research the comparisons of us to azure . Learn high grades aren’t everything it’s the boring repetitive lower grades that increase the overall tonnage .
