So what are we expecting from BMN?11 Sep 2019 12:04
Just to remind everyone...
Strong growth, both in terms of business structure, output and profits?
How are they doing this?
The company has outlined plans once the Vanchem business purchase is completed to overhaul the existing plant bring all the Kilns (4) back into efficient operation giving the capacity to increase from 960mtV per year to a nameplate capacity of around 4200 mtV as quickly as required.
Ore supplies from Vametco first, Mokopane as soon as possible and Brits, if required, are possible to produce V205 as well as many other specialist vanadium chemicals. Expect a fast increase output and efficiency based on strong knowledge and management procedures as already delivered at Vametco.
Mokopane, this licence will come soon, and with the largest supply of high-grade vanadium on the planet will be available to be processed quickly (6 to 12 months from the announcement) giving a quick output of high-quality V205 to the market via Vanchem and supplying into Bushveld Energy to make electrolyte.
Expect news from Bushveld Energy on supply agreements and the new East London plant as well as new partnerships with VRFB manufacturers. I am sure we will see opportunities and agreements to supply in Africa too.
The JSE listing will come and with it, I expect a change on the UK listing, In my opinion we will change onto the FTSE 350, expect an automated market, tighter spreads and the ability to buy and sell without NT annoyances. At this time we will have many more points to be pleased about and I really expect not only many new SA buyers I think a few more fund managers will be waking up to the opportunities.
Expect Lemur, to be floated off or sold leaving Bushveld with a totally focused Vanadium business and removing the non-green energy aspect of the business.
Expect further investment and output at Vametco increasing Nitrovan output to the steel industries looking at high-grade steel strengthening additive.
Expect Bushveld Energy to become the major part of the Bushveld Minerals revenue stream over the next 3 years.
Expect a share price considerably higher than you think it might be, with a strong ongoing dividend as the company grows, a token in 2020 and a stronger and stronger one in the years following.
Consider a greenfield process plant for Mokopane in 5 to 7 years time, but also many Vanadium Gigawatt hour vanadium electrolyte plants being built in 3 to 8 years as the VRFB market really takes off, in addition to the first one in East London due to make production in 2020.
This story is not half told and the upside still is beyond what most people and the market has fully worked out yet. But Fortune and Mikhail have the vision and are delivering on it!
Exciting, you better believe it!
Cheers, RK
